Never, never use this business for alterations! I asked to have a hem only cut on dress and they cut the entire dress and ruined it. Terrible work and has now wrecked me dress. He told there was a communication problem - it's more like an he did not understand what I was asking him to do.

Magic Cleaners (Bow Trail) provided me with a horrible experience. Picked up my Pottery Barn drapery panels that they had "dry cleaned" and today I started to rehang them only to discover they have shrunk at least 5 inches - they're supposed to lay on the floor, plus the lining is longer than the outside drape fabric. Just called and was told they are not responsible! I could have done a better job myself and still have drapes to hang. Not even an offer to return the cleaning fee. I asked if they could put an insurance claim in to recover the cost of new drapes - nope. These ones are garbage now - perfect!!!

Only drycleaner in the area that would help me get my suit cleaned and pressed in time for a wedding. I don’t dry clean often so I didn’t know most cleaners do not run their machines late Friday or Saturday.
