As far as a laundromat goes I have to think this was a good one.The owner/manager couldn't be more helpful and polite.They have a five load washer which is great if your in a hurry plus several other multi load washers which are great if your in a hurry.They also have the option to drop off your laundry and they will do it for you for a very reasonable price.I was very pleasantly surprised when I returned for my laundry and it was all expertly washed and folded.Nothing but goid things to say about this place.

I have been to this place a few times and while I was pleased with the amount of machines they have and was happy to pay their overpriced rates, I found one of the owners (the lady) incredibly rude one day for no reason at all. I was sitting in their lobby waiting for the washer to go on with it’s cycle (I still hadn’t touched the driers) and she called me to the front asking me to pay for one machine upfront. Ended up having to do two transactions, which seemed pointless, and was not asked of anyone else in the place. Never coming back.

Second visit today. Be prepared for some waiting but excellent machines and good services. You may find it expensive $11 for your heavy duvet but you don’t want to risk your own machine, right?

Really poor management and customer service. We had sleeping bags that were we from the rain and we came here to dry them since we're still camping. One of the staff raced over and asked if we needed to use the dryer. We agreed. He asked if they were wet. We agreed. He immediately said, "No, no, no! you can't dry them here!" He kept saying no and being really rude about it. Had he just explained we couldn't dry them without washing them first, it would've been fine. His tone and everything he said was a major put off. I don't understand why we couldn't have dried them there since drying kills germs and they were wet not dirty. Regardless, we probably would've washed them and then dried them had he actually been nice about it. Very inconsiderate. Definitely lost our business.

Very nice place with tons of washers and dryers. The worker was very helpful and showed me how to use everything without even having to ask him, and he also asked if I needed change, etc and gave me change. I'll definitely go back soon!

The service was excellent; attentive, on time, and he went the extra mile helping me fold the bigger items. You can tell the staff are proud of the facility - it is always clean and orderly. Don't use if often but highly recommend!

Visited today, Oct 16. Huge machines had about 10 loads of my laundry done in under 3 hours (would have been half that, I made 2 trips). The attendant was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back the next time I'm drowning in laundry.

I don't know if 7$ (5$ washing and 2$ drying) is a fair price for a standard load - it seems a bit pricy to me - but the machines work well, the place is clean and the staff is helpful. If you're in need while in Calgary, this is a safe bet.

Easily accessible. Big parking lot. Lots to do around while waiting for your laundry. However strange rules. You cannot use the driers unless you use the wash first. As per the attendant. It is the owners rules. Wanted to throw some comforters in the drier while the covers were in the wash but was denied. Not allowed to put them in even with the covers from after the wash. Only allowed to put the clothes that was out of the washer into the drier. Didnt get the concept of using the drier on low for the comforter and washing the covers. Frustrating for using this place the first time.

TL;DR: Safe, secure, helpful, extremely clean machines. First time using a laundromat (house vent broke, freezing pipes). The attendant was present 100% of the time and in view of all the machines and tables at all times. I felt comfortable leaving the laundromat to look at nearby stores. Other patrons were respectful, one spoke to me about computer chips and video games. But despite this I felt safe and comfortable, especially with the staff so present and aware of the timing of cycles. She was extremely helpful to customers, myself included. She readily provided coin change and suggestions on settings of the machines to help get all my washing done in several machines over the time of one wash cycle and with items spread over additional dryers, the dry cycles we're much much faster than I ever get at home (35min). She came to help me transfer loads to dryers, and suggested reasonable times to both wash and dry, that were frugal, and not a cash grab, (I.e I had to add coins to two dryers, so she wasn't trying to get extra money from me for no reason) overall prices were also quite cheap. For several loads the washes cost $10, and the drying only cost $4.25. When emptying the washers I noticed that despite their old outsides the insides looked brand new and outstandingly clean. Should anyone need a coin laundromat in a pinch I suggest coming here even if you're far away!

The staff are not only always cleaning, they are helping who ever they can. With a honest and joyful soul behind each action. The values in doing so shine through out the establishment, The work ethic is amazing. The two who work in this laundry facilities have not lost their souls to this cold and dark world as they don't hold onto any bitterness, anti trust or lazyness. Such humble people it is truly a treat to do laundry there, such a warm welcome each and everytime. We need more souls like the two works here.

2.5 stars and just okay in every sense. It is small but seems to have a decent amount of working machines and was clean enough. I didn't see a bathroom or a sink for customer use. There is only one horizontal space for folding clothes and no rolling laundry carts in sight. If you just need to do laundry with no special circumstances, I'm sure this place is fine. A positive thing is that this laundromat only had one customer on a Saturday afternoon. It might be because the male attendant (owner?) is really overbearing. They have an extremely strict policy of not allowing customers to use the dryer only. While I completely understand not wanting people to dry filthy or germ ridden items in the machines, I think they could use a little more discretion. I took my assuredly clean (2 items were brand new) business casual attire elsewhere for a quick fluff; something I have done at many laundromats over the years without issue.

Came here to wash all of my comforters and covers. Was able to complete everything in one wash and the able to use 3 driers to ensure that I was in and out within an hour and a half. These machines are amazing and so is the service!

I took my laundry here today after reading all the great reviews. I asked them to not dry my uniforms(scrubs) and took hangers for them to bed hung on. I got there and my 2 tops were hung but may pants just crushed in a bag with my sheets!!! Can't follow Simone instructions...and did not have enough time to fold 7 pieces of clothing. Debating if I should go back or not

Great service, very pleasant staff - I was helped straight away after looking a bit lost. There's a range of different machines to suit the load you're doing, for either $4/$5 per load. Quick and efficient machines, I walked out with clean and dry laundry within an hour. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

I can wash my clothes all in 1-2 machines at the same time! I finish my wash and dry within an hour when it normally takes me all day to do my weeks worth of laundry. The attendant was very kind and keen on letting me know what the best way to wash my clothes and dry was to ensure that my clothes were clean as possible!

Absolutely amazing staff and faculty. I had an emergency laundry crisis, and needed everything and organized and they sympathized with my situation, grabbed my clothes and within a couple of hours had all of my clothes clean as a whistle and folded neatly ready for pick up. I couldn't ask for better service. Absolutely outstanding work guys. I will definitely be back.
