All bays were very dirty. There was no business and the guy was playing on his computer and phone. He had time to clean all of them but didn't. I was walking in dirt and mud. Then I discovered there was no soap brushes that all the others have. Instead there was 2 buckets with dirty water and soap in it and a brush. No soap came out of the wand when I selected soap. When I was done at 1.25 a minute the exit door wouldn't open so I had to back my 40 foot RV out. The inside of the reception area was also really dirty.

Upon arrival I checked in as per sign stated. Walked in, I was greeted with hospitality, professionalism, & respect as I waited patiently while she helped with another patron. I say "she" with no disrespect intended because I don't remember her name but she was a shorter lady with curly long hair, you know who you are! Lol Once she was done she was quick to get my name, company & purpose of my visit. Mentioned that I'd be going into Bay 2 once they were finished with the other truck. I had enough time to open my trailer doors & bay 2 had opened, they also took the time to come out to flag me in. Fast, proper, very clean trailer & took the time to make sure my trailer was washed out. 10-15 min tops & I was on my way. Keep up with doing such an awesome ???? job. I'll be back for future products & services. Thank you so much for the courtesy ????

I've been getting washed here for years, always get a full service truck wash with full brush on truck and trailer. Comes out sparkling clean and when dry there are never any streaks or missed spots. That's crucial due to appearance being a huge factor in what I haul. Staff is friendly, Trina on the front desk works hard at trying to please everyone (not easily done these days, and makes my time there enjoyable while waiting. If your looking for a good wash at a decent cost then give them a call and book an appointment.

These guys keep things shiny. The place isnt fancy like other washbays, but the point of a washbay isnt to have the building look good. Its to pump out good looking equipment. Always happy coming here, and the employees do great work!

Stopped in to wash a motorcoach. Thankfully the company paid for the wash. The spray pressure was weak, there were no foam brushes and the chemicals such as the soap were purposely watered down and diluted to force people to take longer and spend more money. The hot wax was virtually non existent and when I informed the cashier she looked at me like I had three heads. Had she responded with something like, "Oh I'm very sorry, I'll have it looked at" I would not have written this negative review but it infuriates me when someone has the gull to charge people money for service they KNOW is poor. If you own a bus/trucking company or you're an owner operator and part of putting food on your table comes from the image and cleanliness of your equipment I strongly recommend that you not use this facility.

I used the self wash to wash my tractor, only cold water, shouldn't have bothered it didn't even get the bug guts off.wasted $65. I won't be back.

this is the best wash for the buck, they pay attention to detail and get all the small spots not just the basic surface wash. The two ladies that work upfront are very professional and nice to talk to. The one and only complaint that I have is trucking is not 7 AM to 10 PM so if it was possible to find a truck wash that was open through the night would be amazing an it needs to be this one. Please stay open allot later . I had to get a wash at another place as klarity was booked solid, paid more money and got a poor wash out of it
