Figured i would try someone new as was not in total confidence of last place that was a drop point and sent things out... limited knowledge at drop point. Brand new suit that was worn once for a hot sweaty Ontario Wedding, That was easy! My shirt however was not... A desert item exploded purple filling on my brand new tailored shirt... great desert though! To my surprise they got it out! They were prompt and friendly, said they would do their best even though i had my doubts. My new cleaner moving forward. Aaron

Do NOT go here!!! First of all it was STUPID expensive and secondly they used safety pins to hang all my skirts and now they all have big holes on the top!!!! They ruined some of my favourite pieces and they didnt even get the stains out and still charged me an arms and a leg!!! Im going there tomorrow to demand a refund!!!

This is my first Google review, but I feel compelled to tell of my terrible experience here. First of all, the price, at $3.40 a shirt for laundry and $10 for drycleaning, I came in with high expectations. They gave me a standard 2 days to get it done. Went to pick it up after the weekend, and only 5/10 shirts were there. Confused, I asked what the deal was, and the nice teller said she had no idea and that they were probably lost. Went home with 5/10 shirts. Got a call later from what I assume is the owner, no apology, nothing, "your 5 other shirts got found, they fell on the floor, come pick them up". I assumed there would be a discount or something for the inconvenience and total lack of respect for my nice shirts, at the very least an apology. Nothing and nothing when I went to pick them up, had to prompt an apology. Horrible experience, would never go back. Coco's Cleaners is worth the extra travel: cheaper, prompt, amazing customer service.

Wonderful!! Had a terrible experience at another dry cleaner nearby (Peerless Cleaners) and these guys offered to get the stains out the same day for free! Absolutely excellent service - highly recommend!

I have been going there since 1995 and have always been happy with the service and quality. I moved from West Hillhurst to the far NW but have continued to use them. It is under new ownership now and has retained the personal touch from the previous owners. I would highly recommend them. You get what you pay for.

First time using this dry cleaner, picked up my clothes I had dropped off and a piece to my shirt was missing. Called them right when I got home and noticed it wasn’t with any of my items and a lady told me she would find it and knew what piece I meant. She never called me back, I went back to pick up my jacket and inquire about the piece 2 days later. They could not find it anywhere and the manager would not call me back to figure something out. I wouldn’t even give these people 1 star.

I came to this business with a difficult task - to get blue dye out of an expensive, white, martial arts uniform. They went above and beyond to help me and were able to fix the uniform leaving it looking like new! The services provided were high quality and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been going here for years and been very happy with the service. I recently had my winter jacket dry cleaned and during the process one of the logos came off, they were unable to repair the jacket with their in house alterations but they paid for the repair using the manufacturers approved repair facility. Outstanding customer service and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the service. Although an unfortunate event, Mark and Crystal the owners of the facility ensured I was satisfied as a customer. I will continue to bring my garments here for cleaning in the years to come.

Great service, pricing and timing. Went here late on a Saturday and to my surprise I could pick my shirts up on Sunday. Will head in during the week next time, but that’s some excellent service on their end. I definitely recommend them, they’re a super friendly family business.
