I would give it a 5 except there were pebbles left, cat hair was still on the carpet, and my sunglasses case wasn't touched. It was a rush job because someone wrote my phone number wrong, and the person they reached at that wrong number cancelled my appointment, so I wasn't expected when I showed up with my car to keep a legit appointment. The manager was extremely helpful, though. He picked me up at my home next day.

Took my Ford Fusion to get the platinum package and the guys did an amazing job. The car was used and desperately needed some love, and the guys here made my used car look brand new. What an amazing job, I cannot recommend this place enough. I'll be coming back here for regular washes to keep my car looking fresh. ????????

Usually stop this car wash after coming off the highway from Banff. They have about 3 wash bays and a drive thru automatic wash. Also noticed they have two in the front which were occupied with which looked to me was the owners (staff). They have washrooms which you need to get a key from the front desk to utilize.

Used the auto wash bay, it was okay, but it seemed like it was malfunctioning a bit, it happens. It's close and I love the fact that I can bring my dogs here for a wash. They love it!

I have been looking for the perfect car wash in my neighbourhood from the time I have bought my first car. It has been around a few weeks and due to regular usage, only wiping with a micro-fibre cloth isn’t helping anymore. Happy Bays Car Wash was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn’t have been more grateful to him for the same. I could now visit the facility and opt for a complete self-serve car wash without any troubles.

Amazing car detailing service! Booked my BMW M5 in for a full detail, including shampoo and condition fo the white leather seats, as well as clay bar of the exterior. Came back like it was a brand new car. Pleasant smell, no damage from cleaning, and professional right from booking through payment. I have had reservations about sending my baby to someone else for cleaning, but I would recommend them to any luxury car owner - they treated it with respect and care, and it came back looking great

Super friendly. Can be very busy on the weekends. Maybe bring your favorite shampoo and conditioner. Possibly a towel if you dog despises the blow dryer like ours. Lol.

Bay was a bit dirty. There is no place to dry your car off other than the street. One of the few car washes that have good foam brushes and lots of foam.

Had both cars detailed here. Saan did a great job going over both vehicles and finding rust chips that needed to be cleaned before they got any worse. The cars were polished and chips removed so it looks almost new

Excellent place to get your vehicle back into shape after being subjected to the salt, sand and grime from the streets of Calgary. I did the drive through with my vehicle for a quick wash and had my daughter's car detailed inside and out. Both services were great and the detailing was to a level I have not seen before. Exceeded my expectations.

As a single person who lives without the family most of the time, I have forever liked to do my chores by myself. The routine didn’t fall back even when I got a new car. Now the challenge for me was to buy the chemicals that were best suited for the same, and care for it every two days a week. I was struggling to find that much time for the car. But then I got to know about Happy Bays and that made me jump with joy. Never have I been so happy by looking at a car wash facility. Not only have I been a patron in them by using the automatic car washes, but I have also been there for self-serve washes and trust me, it is worth every single penny you spend.

No line up (could be the time of day), they take coins, credit card or gift cards. Good pressure for the washing. Glad they take coins and don't force the use of credit cards. Now my first choice to wash my car.

I got my truck detailed here a couple months ago. I still get in my truck and get really happy after the fantastic job that was done on my truck. I've had my truck detailed a few times in its life, usually every 6 months but I hadn't gotten it done for a year, year of oilfield use and a dog the sheds lots of short and fine hair. I saw a bunch of good reviews and looked at the prices and I was really shocked at how low they were. I called and made an appointment and got in that day. They looked at the truck and I could tell right away they knew it was going to be a bigger job then they expected. They stuck to the prices they gave me and I was surprised but obviously pleased. The guy who detailed my truck looked like he ran a marathon, he really put in the effort. It was literally like it was brand new, I've paid more money for much lower levels of cleanliness. Again they charged what they said they would even though it took a couple more hours then they expected. It's been a month and a bit now and I still cant get over the job that was done. I'll be back for all my future detailing needs and I'll recommend this place to anyone. The service, price and customer service cant be beaten easily.

This is my first review of any business. I rented cars or used old cars for more than a decade before buying my new Subaru. As a new car owner, I was unaware of the car wash. I approached Saan and asked him to explain why we needed detailing and how could I clean my vehicle myself? Saan graciously offered his expert advice on the benefits of getting detailing and described when and how to self-wash the car or get it done in the automatic machine to get the best value of your money and time. I took Saan's advice with skepticism and did my "research," asked more questions and observed my self-car wash. It took me time, but eventually, I realized that what Saan gave me a bit of advice, in the beginning, was an honest suggestion from a good citizen to the other. Since then, I have relied on his advice on getting detailing and hand washing or running my car through the automatic machine. Saan knows his work, is articulative, helpful, and above all, a kind and honest person who wants to build long-term relations with his clients through his professional and personalized approach. I highly recommend this business.

Clerk was friendly & dog bays were clean. Bathed 3 dogs (border collie x, Old English, Yorkie x) & only cost $10 to shampoo condition and blow dry. Never bathing them at home again. You can pay $1 for a big towel too.
