I took three pairs of jeans in for repair and was less than impressed with the quality of the repair. Upon trying them on they also shrank so much that I can no longer fit my leg in them. my girlfriend called and asked if they had dry cleaned them and the girl replied that she did. I took the jeans in to try and explain that the jeans are now ruined and that we did not ask to have them dry cleaned. She denied ever dry cleaning and could not give any explanation as to why they shrunk so much. She also would not offer any kind of guarantee on her work and completely dismissed all my complaints or offer any kind of compensation for the two pairs of now ruined jeans. Very disappointed with this service and will never be back again.

My snowboarding jacket was ripped and had a broken zipper. The repair is so good I can't even tell where it was damaged plus the new zipper is better than the factory one. Thank you, 5 STARS!

This lady is by far the best in Calgary, in terms of quality and price. Anywhere else you go will cause 2-3 times as much and take 2-3 times as long. She has altered several of my pants and they are ready the next day! 6 out of 5 stars

Terrible customer service. On there sign it says they are opened at 10 am, numerous times I have gone at 1030 am and no one is there. Also the lady wanted me to pay for my dry cleaning before I picked it up, I will likely find another dry cleaner because they are very unreliable.

I brought my lululemon Down for it all jacket shorten sleeves before I showed it to sevral other places they all said can,t do it too complicated impossible too much times etc... But Gangnam style lady sees it says No problem took my jacket Today I picked up at perfect length and saved my thumb hole in sleeves looks so good Impressed She did say it took lots of time but didn’t overcharged I m so grateful for her work ! Thank you ????

I would not recommend this place for dress measurements. I paid $21 for the wrong measurements and it was waste of my time. I asked for a refund but I was refused by the old lady. The old lady was dismissive of my complaint and offered to re-measure and was incorrect again. Save your time and money elsewhere. Gang Nam Stype is a disappointment for dress measurements and customer service.

Located at the lower level, this small shop provides alterations and dry cleaning service. Had a couple of trousers hemmed for $10 each. Found the service prompt and very friendly.
