They create reviews by themselves, this place over charges and does not clean clothing very well as they leave a smell behind and wrinkles on clothes. The one in Avenida place!! Fake posts. Such great service! Clothes came back very clean. They weren’t able to do it express because of certain marks on the clothing, but they did a refund of the express charge and still got it back to me quickly. Such lovely people.

I was a bit skeptical after dropping off six pairs of men's dress pants for hemming because I didn't know anything about where to him and the employee measuring for the taylor me seemed unsure and I didn't have proper shoes on. However, she clearly knew what she was doing and I'm a dummy, and the tailoring was perfect. Very good service. For future reference, I learned in a panic later on that men's pants should break at the floor with no shoes on. A bit shorter is ok these days, too.

Dolphin is the best dry cleaner that I am aware of in Calgary. We've tried two other competitor dry cleaners in South Calgary before Dolphin. The first one we left, because of the high cost and inconvenient hours. The second dry cleaner we left after our first batch of clothes because of high cost, and I ended up having to go on 3 separate occasions to pick up the single batch I had dropped off (clothes got separated, and one piece got lost for a while until a customer returned it). So we decided to explore some more options for dry cleaners. We found Dolphin's pickup service (used to be cleaned at the Avenida location, but is now being cleaned here at McKenzie Towne), which we have been using for over 1.5 years now: the value is a lot better. Our dry cleaning bill has went down noticeably. Additionally, they offer pickup and drop off, so we don't have to align our schedules with dry cleaner hours, make a specific trip just, or have to awkwardly fit perfectly hung clothes into a small car. So it's less expensive and also much more convenient. So far, we have not lost any clothing through Dolphin, and any bump in the road we have had has been resolved by Dolphin respectfully and fairly. Keep up the good work folks - I would recommend (and already have).

Used this service for the for the first time in September. Brought a suit in to be dry cleaned, then realized I needed it for an event a day early only giving a short notice. Customer service was amazing, they had it cleaned so promptly where other places would not accomodate for my mix up and short notice. Price was very fair and i love that its environmentally concious there. Would highly recommend!

I dropped off my lace wedding dress for some serious cleaning needing to be done - beach wedding meant sand embedded in everything and even a chocolate Ice cream stain. Got a call back from the manager with my quote very quickly - he was amazing and helpful. They were also very patient when I kept forgetting to pick it up after they messaged me that it was ready. Great staff, great work. The price seemed fsir for the work that needed to be done.

I have been bringing my dry cleaning to Dolphin Cleaners for two years now (including their previous location in Avenida) and I have never had a problem with anything I have given them. Staff have always been friendly and I found they get things finished in a very timely manner. They also use a much safer environmental cleaning process that my sensitive skin very much appreciates. Won't go anywhere else.

Not sure yet... Used these guys for the first time since they took over from the old owners. Just had some shirts laundered and the price is $4.50 per shirt - at least $1/shirt more than the previous owners. Can't really see a difference in service that justifies a price increase. Also, I asked for a price list but they didn't have anything to give me. Therefore I don't know how much more I will be paying for suits. Not sure I want to pay extra (and again, I have no idea how much more) to get what feels like the exact same service. As an observation, it looked like there was way fewer clothes on the racks than before - maybe others have the same observation about costs... Perhaps a better strategy would have been to keep prices competitive until they distinguish themselves with a new/unique/better service than the old owners. For regular drop-off and pick-up I can't justify the price increases. As a result, I'll shop around for other options in the neighbourhood.

Not only were they kind and courteous they gave me a discount and will have it ready two days before I needed it back. Definitely recommend people going here if they need cleaning or alterations ????????

Not reliable I used to be a customer of Prestwick Dry clean for years never had an issue before. Since Dolphin Cleaners took over, 2 pieces (lab coat and Massimo Dutti shirt) have been damaged, one was because of the iron. Despite Staff is friendly, the service is bad. Will not go back again

Good cleaning and paid an agreed premium over the regular for same day. But the charge for regular suit was $30 which another employee reconfirmed when picking up. My regular other 2 cleaners are 1/3 less so I won’t be a regular here. PLUS I was at Fairmont Château Laurier Ottawa and had an urgent dry cleaners done for $22, picked up and delivered to my room. Math doesn’t add up...

Tried a bunch of other places as I needed a rushed suit dry cleaned for a wedding. Dolphin were the only people able to help me out and had my suit ready to go with plenty of time to spare. Suit was also really well cleaned and pressed.

AVOID!! I went here to get a basic hem done on a brand new pair or jeans. When I returned the hem was too short and had a fold that would not iron out. I returned and they agreed to fix the jeans. After picking up the jeans the second time and wearing the jeans once, the hem fell out and all that is remaining are these holes in my jeans. They ruined my brand new jeans.
