I was very disappointed in the service I received at this location in bridgeland. I was taking my work clothes here for over 2 years, I had a newish black dress pants (6 months old) that I brought in for cleaning. Their process hot-smeared the back of my pants. I was polite, and so was the attendant working - however, after a discussion with the owner, he would not admit to anything, saying, "there is no way my cleaning process would hurt your pants" - well, I wear them only to sit in an office chair, and they were the only company cleaning my pants. I was disappointed they would treat a regular customer this way. I was constantly providing dress shirts and dress pants as I work in an office downtown. The front attendant had sympathy and tried her best - she was amazing, but the owner or management team could care less and when it came down to it wanted nothing to do with it, not even returning my call! I was planning on raising this experience with the better business bureau (BBB) - however, they don't even pay for a membership and are under the rader. I expect better customer service from a local company operating in bridgeland. Stay away - or at least accept they may ruin an article of clothing one day and you won't have any remediation.

Great little dry cleaners in my community, had my sons suit dry cleaned (they got out a nasty grease stain) as well as my pants hemmed, definitely will be using their services again????????
