It's an alright job from the man but the older woman there doesn't understand even after explaining 15 times what inches I wanted hemmed, Instead she tried to make up her oen number of inches to hem.... It's fine if you get any of the others to take your order.

I wouldn't take my clothes here if it was the last dry cleaners left in this world. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Not only was my dress still dirty but it was negligently handled. There was a huge tear and the girl still wanted me to pay for it. Do NOT come here

Did a BEAUTIFUL job on my white wedding dress! After my beach wedding and a festive night out, I was sure the bottom was destroyed and wouldn't come clean. It looks just as it did new! They were very thorough in cleaning the inside and out, would highly recommend Charm Cleaners. Thank you for doing an amazing job!

We thought we had done prepay, so we wanted to check. We come here often. Immediately as soon as we asked the woman working there started yelling and running to us threatening us and getting hostile. She started accusing us of stealing and lying when we were just trying to pay and leave. She said she will never give our clothes back which is ILLEGAL to keep our property from us. It was our fault that we couldnt find a reciept and didnt do prepay, we did prepay the last 3 times so it was an honest mistake, and we thought they would have known us by now. We were trying to cooperate because we just wanted to leave, we felt incredibly unsafe. She is unstable. We had to call the police to get our stuff back which she did not want to give back. When we walked in with the police officer the woman was no where to be found and the husband was pretending like nothing happened, and our stuff magically appeared back. Do not come here. This place is unsafe, they will attack, harass and haggle you. Incredibly disrespectful and disgusting interactions.

DO NOT go here unless you are ready prepared to have your good clothing destroyed. Took a linen blouse in for a tiny cherry juice stain. When I picked it up they had torn a hole in the back near the side seam and burned a whole thru the front near the bottom. They took no responsibility for this even though the blouse was inspected for additional stains when I dropped it off and there was no damage. The individual I spoke with tried to show me that they get accused of damage they didn't do by showing me the lining of a suit jacket. Are you kidding me. The holes were obvious the second I picked it up. Do not go here!

I have been taking my clothes to Charm for over a year now and have brought them regular business in that time. I recently had to have an alteration done to a jacket. I was first quoted at $40 for the repair, then the cost went up to $49 which i agreed to. Then I received a call a couple days later saying the cost is now $59. I accepted over the phone and when I went to pick it up (with about $40 of other dry cleaning) I asked if there was any way I could get a discount for the up-charge. The attendant just laughed and said no. After all that, the alteration was poor quality as well. Needless to say, I won't be taking my business here anymore and I would recommend that others save their time and money and go elsewhere.
