I went to this location last Monday and I needed very urgent dry cleaning and shirt laundry service. With high volume and rush hour -they managed to have it done withing the time duration I wanted it to be done. !!! Excellent services and friendly staff.

What a terrible quality and price they offer. Dolphine Dry Cleaning has better price and service or you can find better than here. I called them before coming this store to make sure price and service and after arriving here evrerything has changed. They charged more expensive than any other place . i couldnt go back cause i carried so many clothes. After getting the clothes back, i couldnt close my jaw. what was that smell? Holy cow. Now i understand why its location is hidden at shopping mall. Dont ever try not even think

Took a dress pants in to be hemed as they were to long. 3 washes later, and the hem is coming u done. Way to over priced, and their quality is horrible. Go else where.

As this shop is right next to the gym I work out at I inquired about their shirt pressing services. I was told that for a certain price they will press clean shirts. I dropped 12 shirts off that had already been washed and just needed to be pressed. I was again quoted the same price. When I went back to pick up my shirts I was charged double the amount quoted and was told that there was a mistake and I would be given credit for future use. I was ok with that as I tend to use the places that I like quite often. I received a call later in the day saying it wasn't a mistake and I would have no credit. After speaking with the manager they have agreed to honor what their employee said.

The care and detail at this cleaners are impeccable. I’ve been using this dry cleaner for more than 20 years. I don’t trust anyone else with my clothes. My most delicate stuff goes there.

I'm not sure why I came here again. The price is so much and they always ruin my jean when I need to hem them. I know they measure it but I don't think they keep what they mark. My jeans always come back shorter than what was marked... Not going back for that and as mentioned before, the price is ridiculous.

If you don't care about your money, and like to deal with unprofessional owners, then this is the place for you! They will give you a quote and promise that is the price, and then when you come to pick they will give you a new price and call you a LIAR and that they never gave a different price than that, and to top it all off the owner Nessrin, she will tell you straight to your face that all she cares about is making money off of people and she doesnt care about customer service. Do not go here, even her employees look like they are intimidated by her.

My husband and I brought a suit to be drycleaned and pressed, and they did a wonderful job. I wish they were open later in the evening, but they were accommodating when we arrived just at closing; I appreciate that they had great customer service. We will be back again.
