Have been going to Brentwood cleaners for a few years now. The service has been reliable and the clothes have always come out neat and clean.

Dry cleaning was always done well and quickly. Unfortunately, when I paid to have some alterations done - specifically to have a zipper replaced - the worker there decided not to replace it because it 'worked fine'. She did not call to consult me or refund the money I paid to have it replaced. When I brought it to their attention that my zipper wasn't replaced and was poorly put back in (the zipper wasn't completely reattached), they began fighting me on this and stated I would have to pay extra fees to have the zipper replaced now. This might be a unique experience for customers there, but as it was my first alteration experience I wont be returning.
