Called with a problem to our LG washing machine, was unable to bring the machine in so internet suggested changing a few parts, Atlas parts counter guy suggested just the one part was needed due to history with other LG washing machines so we picked it up easy swap of the parts and surely enough washing machine works again. We had to have our Samsung fridge repaired recently due to ice build up. We did not purchase the fridge from Atlas but found them in a google search for appliance repairs. They sent out Al, and it was a wonderful experience. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have working on our fridge. Probably one of the best service appointments (of any service) that I've ever had. Will definitely be using them again for future appliance services. Thanks again, Al !

Purchase Date: Oct 5 2019 Item Purchased: GE Profile Free Standing Electric Range & Oven Model #: PCB987SMSS We have owned 2 sets of Kitchenaid fridges and electric ranges over a 25 year period and were looking for something a little different. After looking at Kitchenaid and Samsung electric range and oven units at a large box regional appliance store we remained seeking an alternative. We googled for the nearest GE appliance dealer and Atas popped up. We arrived at Atlas' unassuming store front and was greeted by Harry. We requested to view a higher end free standing GE electric range and oven unit that wouldn't break the bank. Harry showed us a couple of GE units: one with a warning drawer and another with a baker's oven. Not knowing what a baker's oven is, Harry explained that the drawer will heat up to 450°F and is used as a second oven. This was great as it is similar to a 2 door double oven with easier access and continued storage. The GE unit also has the meat temperature probe, which is now predominately offered in slide-in units. Harry further explained the pro's and con's of other manufacturers as well as after sales service from Atlas should an issue arise. Our purchase experience at Atlas took 30 mins from start to finish. On leaving the store we felt extremely confident in our purchase decision. The delivery and installation was provided on a prompt and professional manner. We have been using the GE appliance for 2 weeks and have been extremely satisfied.

I had a wonderful service experience with Atlas. My Kenmore refrigerator ice dispenser was not working. I have to start with Heather who booked the service appointment over phone for me. She was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. She was so detailed in explaining things. She made my worries go away with a single phone conversation. They sent AL to fix the ice dispenser. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took one look and he knew what was wrong. He took time to explain everything to me. He knows his job so well. I highly recommend this place. Atlas Appliances Calgary So in response to your rebuttal of my previous review, Jaz, just because I complimented the service guy (who was right there in front of me) doesn't mean he didn't do anything wrong. He admitted that he may have pushed the fridge in too far. Also, I do not recall him checking the hose/valve for leaking after he installed the hose, the length of which was way too long (previous hose was only 3-4' and this one is 9-10' long). The professional plumber we have brought in to check the situation said that the unnecessarily long length of hose would have bunched up when the fridge was pushed back and likely pushed against the valve and caused the damage, considering the space available behind the fridge is only 3-4". No one touched the fridge or hose after your service guy did, so ultimately he did something to cause the issue and subsequent damage. As for the damage, since no one moved the fridge after he completed it, something was pinched and caused a slower leak until when we saw the damage and pulled it out, it definitely started leaking more. THERE WAS NO LEAKING OR WATER DAMAGE FROM THE VALVE BEFORE YOUR SERVICE GUY REPLACED THE HOSE, SO ULTIMATELY SOMETHING HE DID CAUSED THE DAMAGE. It was fine with the previous hose. Your service replacement of the hose (as recommended by your service guy but not an urgent necessity) and the excessive length of the hose, as well that he did not tape the excess hose up and out of the way, caused the valve to be compromised. Your lack of conversation with me during your visit and your unsympathetic reply with no offer to even replace the hose which you admitted has caused other clients to complain about the taste, after I had to call you for a response, was very unprofessional and uncaring. Had you shown at least a bit of consideration for our issue, this would not be happening.

I sent a request for a new refrigerator Sept 8, received a prompt reply from the sales department the next day (Sept 9) stating it would be available on Sept 15 for delivery and take away of my old fridge. Sounded great at the time. My credit card was charged 3 days later and then not a single response was given. Reaching out to the salesperson and leaving voicemails were not returned and an email received the same thing. After multiple calls, it seems my phone number on record was incorrect (not sure how, but things happen) and that might explain why I did not get any updates. But I was assured it would come soon, next week or more, likely. After a month of this, I'm told it was held up at the border due to COVID, etc. Fine, and maybe understandable. But what is unacceptable and the whole reason for my posting this rating with 1 star is the complete lack of communication from Atlas. The time I finally was so frustrated, the reception person really did reach out and help me with their internal communication. I received a call promptly stating my appliance was enroute and would be delivered the next week. Complete silence for another week, no update, I called again, on a Monday. I am assured the appliance is being delivered this week, I can have it Wednesday or Friday. I chose Wednesday, as it's been long enough (1.5 months). Wednesday rolls around, my existing fridge is empty (contents in coolers on my deck). When I call to see where things are at, I'm told there was no delivery scheduled for this day, and the shipment was in the warehouse. I would get an update later that day or Thursday. That was last week; I have called today, again, with a promise the sales person will get back to me today. I do not have faith that will happen, as the track record for this company to return calls or keep me updated as to when my delivery will occur has been all on me to find out. I have never chased any company or person this hard to find out where my purchase item is at, ever. If I treated my clients like this, I would be bankrupt and out of business. I do not recommend this company, unfortunately.

Our refrigerator stopped working and being frustrated with the company from which we bought it, we decided to try Atlas. Alan was very helpful and over the phone recognized the problem and provided us with enough guidance to get the fridge up and running in the short-term. He ordered the correct parts and came out a few days later to install for a long term fix. I own a 4plex so I have 4 of each appliance and cannot wait for disinterested technicians from warranty companies who claim they are loosing money. I'll stick with Atlas and especially Alan!

They were able to fit me in right away, and the technician who came (his name was Al) was absolutely fantastic! I had a stove control board crash a few years ago, went to atlas to get a replacement, i provided the model number ect, got the part wrong one, but because i " connected it " and figured it was wrong before turning the stove on , i cannot return the part. No problem, it is what it is. Just the other day my washing machine was having issues, error code said it was the pump, im willing to give them another try, got the part, hooked it up but the washing machine,, was now giving another error code, long story short had to buy a new washer as it was a control board, again they will not accept the returned part as i " connected it to power" . what ever, so we went in to the store with all intentions to purchase a washer from them. I have never had a worse sales experience then this before, dont know how they sell any appliances when the first remarks are condescending , if he was trying to be funny its not the right place, this is his job is to provide us guidance and information so we can make an informed decision about an appliance. We wanted to purchase a washer, instead he proceed to go sit back at his desk instead of providing us answers to our questions. We left, purchased elsewhere from a box store from a salesperson that listened and provided answers. simple right!! Never again. the response from the owner says it all, we did have good luck actually. went to a box store and dealt with a great sales person that answered our questions and provided us with options rather then sitting back down at his desk. and we ended up getting a better washer for a better price then your store offered. And to clarify we did not demand a better price, we asked to match a competitors price.

Very professional and efficient service from our service technician, Shawn. He was knowledgeable about our appliance (GE Profile range) demonstrated by his quick diagnosis of the two issues and the efficiency by which he replaced the two parts. He was prompt in ordering the parts and returning to install them. He arrived during the scheduled time window for both visits, took care to place all parts and tools on protective mats, and carefully cleaned up afterwards to leave the area as he found it. We had been using Sears Home Services for appliance repairs but that's no longer an option and we've been concerned. Now that we've found Atlas Appliances and experienced their great service, our minds have been put at ease. Thank you!

I'm not one to often write a review but we are in the middle of a purchase of $16,000 of Appliances. I picked appliances out in June and offered to pay for them to make sure no delays would happen. I was assured it wasn't a big deal and the salesman would call me later to take payment. I was told i should expect delivery on July 27th of my appliance package. It is now Sept 2nd and I am being pushed back 2 weeks yet again. My wife and I and our 4 kids could sure use our appliances about now. There seems to be no understanding from Atlas about the major hassle they have caused. I still have not even seen an invoice for my payment and put 16000 on my credit card just to push this order forward.If they would have been upfront about delivery dates I would have picked something else that was available sooner or in stock somewhere else. Very unprofessional, they obviously are not looking for repeat business as they will say whatever it takes to make the sale and then crickets after you give them your money. Stay posted for how this all works out

I have a Haier combo washer/dryer that the heat had stopped. Atlas was called and the technician Al arrived. I can't say enough good things about him. He was prepared, knowledgeable, personable and COVID aware. And in no time my machine was up an running. High Recommend!

Fantastic and prompt service! Al called in the morning to confirm his arrival window and showed up promptly and prepared with awareness of the issue with our oven, what might be wrong and what parts he might need to fix it. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed our oven. He was patient and friendly and wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for an future service needs!

We needed to replace our dishwasher but knew that the install would be challenging due to the weird construction of our cabinet cutout. We actually would have replaced it earlier but had been burned by the previous installation and waited until the dishwasher was completely dead. Harry the sales person helped us , and based on our pictures was fairly certain the dishwasher we selected would fit. He was suggesting lower priced models and didn't try to up-sell (we ended up doing that ourselves). Jason the installer had some challenges as the fit was tight but managed to get the dishwasher in and put in extra effort to make sure that the install was as good as possible. Overall, the experience was very well handled and professional throughout the process.

I needed a cover for my oven light and nowhere sold it. I walked into Atlas and I was met by their service manager who offered me the glass cover for free! He could have charged me, but it was a spare part they were willing to give me which made all the difference for my repair. Really appreciate it guys and won’t be forgotten.

What an amazingly great experience. Home Depot uses Atlas Appliance as their warranty provider. Our new Range was leaking gas intermittently. Called Atlas, they sent us Al. Al came into our house COVID ready. Masked, gloved....he opened our range door and knew exactly what we needed. His service was/is so professional,friendly and knowledgeable! We were in great hands. Excellent service! Our gas oven died on the Friday of Thanksgiving long weekend. Called these folks as soon as they opened on Saturday (so happy they didn't close for the holiday like some other shops). They told be to bring in the dead igniter and they would for sure get me set up with a substitute. They DID!! and 20 bucks cheaper too! Thank you so much. Highly recommend this place. I took delivery of my new range on Friday November 6. Delivery people arrived at my door not wearing masks. I asked that the please wear a mask , I was informed they did not have any. I provided both with masks. I was told that one was excempt due to asthma but they would wear a mask. The masks were worn under the nose , I asked that masked be worn properly and was met with more excuses. Called the office and asked to have an owner call me. Monday at about 11 am I called again and spoke with the owner. I got a half hearted applogy and said he would get back to me later in the day. As of cIosing time have heard nothing. Website says white glove delivery service . I was told the stove would be leveled etc. Nothing was done other than being pluged in and moved into place it was not leveled. Apparently the level had broken during the previous delivery. I believe my health was put at risk by this delivery crew.. Beware people!

The company that manages the property i rent arranged for Atlas to send a technician to fix a problem with a leak inside the fridge, i got a call from a technician named Al, he was great since the beginning, he worked fast and was very respectful and with a great attitude even when you could tell he had a long day, great experience.

Called Atlas to repair a faulty touchpad for a $2500 microwave. They arrived on site, diagnosed the faulty touchpad as faulty, and advised they can not get parts anymore so there's nothing they can do. They charged me $178 dollars to tell me what I already know, and sent a tech despite the fact they could not repair the issue. 100% ripoff. Almost scam worthy. I've since ordered the touchpad (That they can't get) and have repaired the issue myself. Completely useless. Avoid.

Needed a "repair" on a wall oven. Temperature way off. I expected it needed either a board replacement or an element replacement. The technician arrived early (after a call got cancelled) and determined it just needed a "re calibration". Who knew? Short and sweet. And works great

A five platinum star experience! From first contact with Cindy at the Service Desk to Al Peters the Appliance Technician. I do not recall ever having stellar and impeccable service like this. Al was better than excellent in his service to repair my LG washer that the drum broke. Honest, sincere, polite, helpful, and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! The best! I tell everyone to use him and how great Cindy is. So pleasant and kind. Supreme service DOES EXIST! In calling around initially I couldn't believe the lack of service in the industry. I finally called Atlas and WOW. I would never ever call anyone else again. If there is such a thing of perfection in service... they have have it. Al is unbelievable. Cindy at the front lines was exceptional in demeanor. No trickery. Just straight up GREAT SERVICE from finish to end. My sincerest gratitude to both Al the technician and Cindy at the front desk. I was having problems with my oven. Called Atlas and they came out quickly. Al was very thorough and prepared, he came with the replacement part, even though we didn't end up needing it. He checked everything out thoroughly and made sure all was working well before leaving. I have used Atlas before to repair my washer, dryer and dishwasher. They are the first company I would call.

Great customer service. I came in on Tuesday to find a replacement drain pump. They didn’t have any in stock but Fred said he would have more on Friday. I purchased a new refrigerator and dishwasher at Atlas Appliances in July of 2020. After the fridge was installed, I realized the controller was not responding. After a number of phone calls and them coaching me on trying to "reset" it, they sent a technician out the following week and it was finally working after that. I understand these things happen so forgot about it. The dishwasher was installed about that time as well. In January 2021 I discovered water leaking in my basement. I determined the likely cause and had the water in the house shut off intermittently until I was pretty certain it was the diswasher line leaking. I had a plumber out who confirmed a slow leak at the dishwasher connection and repaired it, then I repaired the damage in the basement. Then I called Atlas and left a detailed message with the receptionist on what had happened as the service manager was out. It has been almost 2 months and he has never returned my call.

BE VERY WARY OF USING ATLAS APPLIANCE REPAIR. After having them replace a control panel in our fridge, the service guy recommended we replace the waterline hose as it has some buildup on the end by the fridge, so we got him to do it. The hose he put on was a lot longer than the initial hose and was a big coil behind the fridge. But he pushed the fridge back in. We ran over 20 ltrs through the hose and it still tastes awful (rubber hose taste and musty). On Sunday (3 days later) we went downstairs and happened to notice a huge water stain on the ceiling with stipple, drywall and water dripping under where the fridge sits. We managed to turn off the water and got Atlas Appliance service guy and manager come look at it on Tuesday (5 days later) and service guy admitted he may have pushed the fridge in too much and damaged the valve but today they called and said they are not taking any responsibility and will not fix the hose, the valve or any of the damage! ???? I guess its on us to put through our insurance and/or small claims court. Atlas is Not very customer service oriented. We are not impressed in the least bit. Pics enclosed.

I had a very frustrating experience today with Atlas Appliances. I called and made an appointment for a repair technician to come out to look at my GE washer. The lady very politely told me they were booking the end of February. But then said she could get me in on the 11th. I wrote the date down. I was working on the day, so I booked it off work so that I could be home. At 11:00 a.m. on the 11th, since I received no call, I called Atlas Appliance and asked what time I might expect the repair technician to be at my home.. And again, was told very politely that my appointment was not until the 17th. As I took the day off work, I was very upset. I told the lady a phone call would have been appreciated , since the appointment was changed. Although she was polite, this error is very unprofessional and very frustrating!!!! I hope I do not get billed a service charge when and if the technician shows up. After seeing the response from the management, I strongly urge caution from using this company. I was scheduled for Feb. 11th. This company can't seem to handle any criticism, rather than handling it professionally, they just cancel your service. Customer satisfaction is not high on their priority list, in my experience.

Atlas Appliances Ltd., are a company you should run from. I required and island fan for my newly renovated kitchen. I found one at Atlas that a previous client did not take. Harry gave the measurements of the fan and my contractor thought he could make it work. The fan was a 36" and I was looking for a 30". I picked up the fan and was advised that if the box was open I could not return this. My contractor did his due diligence and looked at the fan's website for installation. The 30" that I had ordered 3 months prior arrived so instead of taking the chance I returned this back to Atlas box unopened. Management decided to charge a 400.00 restock fee. This was never mentioned or I simply would not have taken it. This company did not order this in for me but found a great way to make an extra dollar. The Manager Gary Dhanjal has not even had the courtesy to reply to my e-mail regarding this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL!

He fixed our machine and showed us the secrets of how to use it properly - that we didn't receive from where we bought it. He is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to share his wisdom. If you're looking for replacement built in with the same dimensions, save yourself time time and call these guys. Moved into a new house and the microwave was busted, microwave was a built-in from 2007 so finding something that matches and fits was going to be a pain. Asked these guys if they had something. Atlas asked for the model code, said here's the one that'll look the same and fit and proceeded to order it. I was a little skeptical but it arrived and I quickly installed it myself with no issues and it fit exactly like the old one. Looks great.

What an amazing guy, Mr. Alan, the tech came over my house and fixed my 10 month old GE range indeed. His dedication, loving and caring characters amazed me. Not only did he fix the connection problem, but also explained me the therory behind it. Alan was so patient and paying closer attention to me the whole time while he was in my house and exchanged his idea and experties with me. All the great traits of Mr. Alan definitely supassed the induatrial level and make him beyond ordinary. This company gave my parents a date for a service call, then insisted it was never booked. I heard the conversation about my mom having to rearrange appointments to stay home from work, and Atlas insists it never happened and she was never scheduled. Then in "taking your power back" decide to cancel the service call instead of trying to make it right. I hope you feel super happy with yourselves in screwing over two hard working seniors.
