They have increased the price of dryer from 5 to 4 min per quarter out of which one minute is just the cooling time so heater is off! Insane!!

This company has been doing my dry cleaning for about one year. I recently brought dry cleaning in and instead of dry cleaning it, they washed it and folded it with their laundry service items. My drycleaning has 18 items. Silk. Cashmere. Wool. ????????????. When I talked to the owner about dry cleaning the items and then discussing what was ruined which is a lot. She denied that I dropped them for dry cleaning. She said I left them for laundry service. It was actually such a weird ordeal. Denial. I didn’t even ask for anything monetarily. I just wanted a sorry and let’s dryclean and see what the next steps are. After a year as a dry cleaning client who spends 5k plus a year. I am blown by this owners lack of responsibility and would never use this company again. Unless you like your wool washed in hot - avoid this company.

-They have some really old and ghetto machines. -The ratio of washers to dryers is 2:1 at best. -Overpriced. They charge more for the exact same load in machines identical to other laundromats in the area, and their really old machines cost the same as the newer ones. -The place is also pretty grungy-looking in general, and the owner (-? Or whoever was working at the time) is rude and unfriendly. I will never go again. I will wash my clothes by hand before I give them another quarter.

Not bad.4/5 The machines are fast but cost roughly the same as most big appartment buildings charge. The upside is they are very clean and the dryers are huge. The lady at the counter will have change for you as they deal only quarters like an arcade from the 80s.

Ive done laundry in every lower mainland laundromatte. Ticky Poo has the Best customer service, almost the best hours, nearly every machine works, isnt overly expensive..especially in comparison and a although I haven't a clue what Ticky Poo means, well its a fun name. I will admit I originally tried this location because of the crazy name. Last time i did my laundry here had an issue with the machine rejecting my quarters..they fixed immediately and trusted me about how many coins id lost even without proof. I like that.

Clean, spacious laundromat. Haven't had to wait for a machine yet. Owners are friendly and helpful. 3 types of machines: double and triple loaders and 1 5 load machine. Usually in and out in an hour and a half if folding.

How to spend $36 on a single bag of laundry... I bring in a bag of laundry to be done. We put it on the scale. It reads 22 pounds. The lady says 23 pounds. Close enough. No allowance for the weight of the hockey bag (maybe 2 lbs.)? Whatever. I pay $23 (a dollar a pound). I come back the next day to pick up my clothes. The lady tells me that I owe an additional $13. "Why," I ask? She tells me that I have two blankets with my load and that they charge $10 per blanket. The blankets are light, more like throw sheets. Wow! The place is clean and the service is good, but the price is too high! They have lost my business; I will not go there again.

On Friday I went to this Laundry at 6:20 PM only to wash my clothes no drying, the wash cycle takes only 25 minutes. There was 1 customer doing his laundry. The lady in charge told me I could not use the laundry as they were closing soon, their normal closing time is 7:00 PM. I went up the street to do some other work, and when I passed by at 6:45 PM the laundry was still open and the customer was still there drying his clothes. I found the ladies attitude to be very rude. Is this the way to treat customers??? I would recommend that people do not go to this laundry. VERY RUDE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.
