They picked up and delivered my laundry and did a fabulous job folding and seperating the clothes. I was really suprised as this was my first time. I was unable to do my own laundry due to back issues so this was really convenient. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is quite pricey. But if you do it once in awhile it's not too bad.

Great location for UPS pick up, machine is clean and cheaper than other places. As long as you avoid their rush hour (she said they are busy from 2 to 5pm), it's nice and quite place to do laundry!

I went to wash my laundry a couple of days ago. the front desk is SUPER nice! she has a poor English but she puts the maximum effort to serve me and she did ! the washing machine is for 2 coin almost 27 minutes .. the dryer is 0.25 per 5 minutes and if you want to use their detergent you pay extra 1$. the place is clean. The machine only used quarters.. but the nice lady helped me in giving me change. I will surely use them again!

Love this place! Owner is courteous, respectful, knows me by name, and always super flexible and willing to provide great service. Their Pick up & Delivery option is amazing. They basically come at your door, pick up your stuff, remember your instructions, wash your things, dry your things, fold your things, sort your things, and then deliver everything back to you within a day. While it may be a little bit pricey, it saves me a ton of time and headache, and I don't have to worry about anything. Even if I tried, my building wouldn't wash my things to the degree these industrial machines do, especially since I have 3 pets that shed hair, so all in all, 5 stars as far as I'm concerned.

Laundromat was dirty and messy. I need to wash and dry my clothes as my washer was broken. I asked how much the machines cost to operate which was $2.00 per load and .25cents per 5 minutes to dry. Why I decided to write this review was because the owner took no ownership when my whites came out all stained. SHe said there were there before.. and then pretending she didn't understand English. I left with my wet clothes I would not recommend this laundromat.. Machines are old and dirty. Place is a mess. BE AWARE

Will never this company again. Nothing but problems with being late on pick up or not dropping off on the day they tell you, them saying its the customers fault. If i could give negative in stars i would.

Not open. Been here twice, within the hour sign on door says " be back in 10 mins " supposed to be open until 2am. Nobody here. Its 11:30 PM I'm still here hoping they will come back. I've got probably 8 loads to do....

The place is very nice it is close to a car dealership it's close to Starbucks, highgate mall, wings bar and grill and if you wanted to go to metrotown you just take the 119 metrotown and you'll be there in about 10 minutes.
