Super great place, probably my favorite spot to do clothes. Nice, clean and lots of machines never to busy, also it’s cheaper than some other places. Would recommend this place for people to do laundry.

No issues at all, clean and well-run establishment. The owners work there and run the drop off laundry service. They might direct you which machines to use because they use some for the drop off service. I found them both very pleasant. They have a debit machine in the back to give you change which is nice so you don’t need to worry about hitting a bank or ATM first. Washers take loonies and/or quarters, driers are quarters only. Front load washers run $2.50 for a cycle and driers are $0.25 per 5 min. 20 min drying was enough for my medium sized load. Total time was 50 min. 30 for wash and 20 for dry. They did show me how to use the machine and how much detergent to use (I gather people overload soap quite a bit and front loaders don’t need much).

I think the previous reviewer is confusing Royal Oak Laundry with the dry cleaner on the next block. I've had nothing but exceptional customer service. Very friendly, helpful staff that go above and beyond the call of duty to get my farm filthy clothes clean. I drop off bags of laundry and pick up neatly folded, clean clothes :)

I came to this place many years ago. It's an old building and dryers are old. Owner are Korean couple. The lady is a bit fuzzy.

This laundromat came up in a google search. The service was both personalized and professional. The owners are kind and helpful, and genuinely interested in the customers and their preferences. It was near closing, but the owner took time to chat with me about history and culture. He's extraordinarily knowledgeable and a great conversationalist.You'll get your laundry cleaned and an education at the same time.

The lady owner drives me nuts. She's always looking at how many clothes I put in the washing machines and tells me it's too full when it's just half full, normal load. I know they take care of their business but it absolutely drives me insane.

I'm not one to write reviews but wow, this place is horrible. The owner, is so rude. She stands there and watches you put in the clothes and makes you take stuff out if its not even half full. She stands watching you as your clothes are drying and tells you which machines you're allowed to use. To top if off, over half her machines are broken. Only came here because my usual place was closed. Never coming back. I rather do my laundry in a jail.

Great place to go and great machines! Washer spins dry well and dryers dry very well! The owners are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place! One triple load machine for $4 and the rest are single loads for $2.50.

We went here once because our in suite laundry needed repair. The drop off service was very efficient, the lady was easy to communicate with. Overall, good experience and job gets done for good value.

I HATED this place!!! AVOID IT! (one star is too good for it) Walked in and the lady starts nagging/bossing myself and two other customers around. Telling us which machines to use, who can use what machines. (there were only 3 other people there. Lots of empty machines) Really. I dunno if she's bias/racist against Native persons or just treats all customers like this. I wasn't even with the other people. Had to tell psycho-pants this 4 times before she got it. Went there because my regular place was full. I needed to use double, triple loaders... but NoOhh the craycray REACHED into the machine- taking out my clothes and put them in two other, much smaller machines, around the corner. (Not even half full!) When I went to put my detergent in she CLOSED the cover - till I poured half my detergent back in the bottle. Holy hell half a cap for a Triple loader. Guess if you like washing with just water and dirt. My clothes did not get as clean and fresh as they should have. Then she takes my detergent bottle out of my hands! I'm a grown man - I've known how to do my own damn laundry since I was a kid. I also know how to read, how machines work and I'm very conscientious and respectful - but this lady is something else. I was pissed but there was no time to go elsewhere. Half an hour before their signs say they close - the nutbar says she's closing and too bad if our stuff isn't dry - we have to be out. Took my laundry and left. NEVER GOING BACK! HOPE IT RUNS INTO THE GROUND

I seldom leave reviews but I felt the need to warn others. I arrived with an hour and a half to wash two loads and some blankets. The lady was all over me saying my thin fleece blankets were too much. She pulled one blanket out and threw it on the floor. I said okay I will wash this separately and gave her 10$ more dollars. After messing around for 30min or so she told me it was now to late to wash my clothes . I wnt outside leaving my quarters in the little cup she had given me. I come back in and the cup and quarters are gone lmao. She followed me around and told me which dryer I must use etc etc horrible experience. I will now be forced to wash my remaining laundry elsewhere in the morning after giving her nearlu 20$ what a joke ????

broken english so hard to understand. in addition, i came in and i wanted 2 big washing machines but they only had 1 medium large sized one. so i asked where else could i go to do laundry. initially, she told me she will move my first load free and i can go. so i loaded up the machine, and when we discussed costs of drying, she told me AFTER THE FACT that theres a $1 transfer fee.
