Kbro has to be one the the worst when it comes to quality inspections, I work at Burnaby hospital and i can not tell you how many times i have to RE DRESS a bed because of sheets and blankets that come back with blood, urine, tape, and other unpleasantness on them. We have complained and all we hear back is...OH we do quality checks before sending them out, BULL!!!! i have many many pics to prove how there standards of quality are less then adequate. I do not recommend this company to any business that relies on perfection. It is disgusting and unprofessional. I can only assume they are NOT actually washing the linens, OR they are not Untangling them before they enter the machines, OR they are over loading the machines and not actually letting stuff get truly clean. there is nothing worse than pulling out what you think to be a clean sheet...putting it on a bed INFRONT of a patient or a family member of the patient only to discover a huge ring of blood stain or Poop stain or all of the above.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. My sister this morning just got fired over needing to use the washroom during her shift, from her manager/lead named Donna. What a terrible company with even more terrible management. What kind of company doesn’t allow their employees to use the washroom? K bro linen, you should train your managers to treat their employees with respect. Especially with Donna from this location who spoke very aggressively towards my sister. What a ridiculous reason to fire someone. I will never recommend this to anyone knowing how employees are treated inside the actual workplace.

Very bad experience. Chinese ladies don't work here and they forced new people to work without stoping. They have long working shift like 10 hours which is not good. They don't respect their workers. Very very bad place to work. Never recommended.

I wish I could give no stars, that is how terrible this company is. Whether it's not delivering on time, losing our pillows and duvets (we've stopped sending them to K-bro because they lose them or send them to other hotels when they're our personal supply and then blame us), Not sending us our cleaning rags (We've also stopped sending them and do them on our own because we just don't know if we'll get them back to clean rooms), Not giving back what we send in, Still wet and/or still dirty linens, their delivery guy yelling at our staff. The list goes on and on, We call them at least 2-3 times a week. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else. This company is a joke.

Worked here through an agency. Minimum wage, no proper 15 minute break(only ten), no latch on the mens bathroom stall(hopefully someone doesnt walk in when youre doing your business), no fresh water available, no paper of any kind(use their old scruffy tea towels for all your sanitary needs). I was actually ok with all this, and i worked hard. After working part time for a few weeks, i saw my name highlighted one night at quitting time. When i asked why, i was told number 1: i took too long on my break(they never told me at the beginning that it was only 10, but after i was told once, i followed the rules), and number 2: i took too many bathroom breaks(i never took more than 3 in a shift) and the breaks were too long, sometimes 4-5 minutes. Dont work here unless you want to be exploited in a sweatshop with third world working conditions.

this company is the worst laundry company iv'e ever seen working 4 days 10 hours a day its not worth for the salary they keep rushing you transferring you everywhere that you don,t. know no proper way to entertain people do not apply here worst laundry company especially the supervisor and boss sucks bad attitude thingking about the money think about people who work hard...

Worst location that I have ever worked in The manager talk very-very rudely all the times. They dosen't even gave you proper breaks. I worked only once there and decided to never ever come back at this location again. Totally disgusting.

Never deliver on time, always late or don't even bother to show up, worst people to deal with over the phone, its either an attitude or they are completely don't know what they are doing. Don't deliver properly clean linen or tons of marks and wrinkles. Don't even deliver you linen sometimes or very little

Terrible place to work , the night time supervisor Sharon is absolutely terrible. They literally slave people, even giving them 1 star is to much , which they don’t even deserve but it was the only option. I waited almost 3 weeks to work here because the orientation was a very long wait. The worst time is lunch you have a bunch of hungry Asian people screaming in their language and taking all the microwaves and by the time you sit down breaks almost over. Sharon is terrible she expects you to bust your butt off for this terrible wage. Do yourself a favour and don’t apply here trust me there better jobs than this sweat factory.

Judging from the reviews, they don't do a very good job at delivering linens. All I know is that they have a driver who blew right through a stop sign today in Sidney. Anyone driving around a vehicle that large and potentially lethal should be screened more carefully.
