Owners using all big machines but not the one for employees only. Would have cost me triple because they don't leave machines for public. Wont come here again

82 year old dad forced to sit in his cold car. Can't idle the motor. Not allowed to fold his laundry. What kind of establishment is that? I'd give you the zero stars you deserve, but can't.

Our washer broke and we had to pop in here to do a few loads. It was close and that was great but it was really expensive in my opinion. The facility was clean and well maintained and in a pinch I'd use it again.

Not dissing this place or anything the lady greated us as we came in with a lot of laundry. I personally have never been to a laundromat in my LIFE crazy I know I guess I was always lucky to have a washer and dryer where I lived. But this was my first time and I stood at the machine for about 5 minutes staring at it with my fiance. And I have anxiety so when I feel I look stupid in front of others I start to panic. I was starting to get angry at this point that no one was coming to help so my fiance grabbed the stuff and started bringing it back to the car it wasn't till we were outside that the lady asked if we needed assistance which would have been great when I was inside standing staring the machine but at this point with my anxiety I didn't want to go back in where others were just looking at us. And to be honest I don't think I'll ever return there. All because they waited till I left the building to ask if I need assistance. The lady did seem very nice but to top of it all there were a lot of machines that were out of service like the ones I knew how to use so it kinda was a bad experience for me personally.

The first time I’ve ever been here, and the first machine I put my clothes into takes all 8 loonies; the ‘price’ number lights keep changing but not in sync with the amount of loonies I put in - I realize something is probably wrong with it, so I hit the coin return, and it only returns $4 of my $8. Two other machines here have Out of Order signs on them, this should change that number to 3. Has change machine but few if any places to sit. Not a great first impression, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Not allowed to sit down and wait for our laundry. Not even allowed to fold laundry in the laundromat. They have a sign up saying to fold your laundry at home. I will continue to fold my laundry because I do not want it in a wrinkled mess by the time I get it home. Turn off your air conditioning. It's winter time.

I'm working on construction site in Waterdown temporary. This laundromat washer machine price is amazing. Jumbo price is almost half of my living place in North york. Also clean too.
