Up until today I had only positive things to say about this Laundromat and especially their employees. However today 12/27/2020 I had thw worst experience ever. Me and my wife started three laundry machines and since it takes about 23 min to finish the preset program we decided to quickly go to Superstore across the street. When we arrive back to Laundromat we had horrible surprise waiting for us. The employee of Laundromat moved all our clothes from laundry machines to those dirty trolley thingies. She didn't even properly apologize, her apology was that someone else needed the machines and she made sure that all our clothes were moved to these thingies. We were livid, first of all someone touched our clothes and second of all someone touched our clean stuff during this whole covid-19 BS... Once we dried our clothes we found out that lady indeed didn't move all our clothes and one whole load remained untouched, if we didn't double checked we would lose our clothes. I would also like to mentione that this employee didn't use face mask while foldin clothes for other people in her station!

Very Clean,well run Laundry Facility. Uses a Card Payment Method as oppposed to adding coins to the machines over and over. Just load $$ onto your card and your set! Great Friendly Staff

Just left the building to go to the superstore to grab some items. Came back in time for the machine to time out and I found the employee of the facility helped herself to all my things and put them in her dirty laundry wheel basket trolly thing. Never felt so violated and had to rewash my items because of the public laundry trolly this employee dumped my things in. I wouldn't expect this especially during a COVID 19 SHUTDOWN. December 27th 2020

I've used laundromats all over the country, coast-to-coast since 2016 as I travel for work. This is hands-down one of the best spots. Always clean and bright with s huge selection of machines. The machines are always in working order. The staff I've encountered have all been really friendly and helpful. They don't know me any better than any other random walk-in customer but treat me very well, as though we're old friends. They have a great, convenient pay-card system so you don't have to save up and drag a million quarters every time you go. You purchase the card and put as much money as you want on it and then use it seamlessly in the machines to pay for your wash and dry. They will cash you out on any card balance left over when you stop using it. There's a clean wash room for clients as well. Only drawback is there is no working television or magazines to pass the time, so bring your own material if you plan on waiting in-store.

Having a pool and a broken washer ended up being such a wonderful experience. I can’t say enough of the wonderful treatment by these fine ladies. Let alone the awesome equipment they have available. I just love the size of the washers lol it makes a big job smaller. If you have anything too big for your washer this is the place to come. Plus if you didn’t have time for laundry here is your solution. It’s like Mom’s helping you out❣️
