Love this place. Free WiFi, with a password, so it works on my phone. 2.25 to wash and it takes me about 1.25 - 1.50 to dry a load. They open late, very clean.

Some machines were broken but there were enough still working to get the laundry done. Bring lots of quarters and loonies though because you're going to need them

If you're looking for a laundry mat to do your laundry I wouldn't suggest that you go to this one cause I went there and the machine looked clean enough but to my dismay when I got the clothes out most of them were ruined there was grease or tar on over three quarters of the clothes and on top of that I got taken for just over eight dollars and twenty five cents and they have no attendant there and they tell you to leave a note with your name and number and what your problem is well on both occasions I left a a note and not one single call back but I was able to find an excellent laundry mat on the corner of Dunn and Drummond Rd in the Falls it's called casino laundry

The washing machines and dryers were clean and all functioned as expected. The change machine and soap dispensing machines all functioned correctly. The general cleanliness and upkeep of the facility was very good. Time of visit 12:00 PM on a Saturday.

The laundromat is under new management and it is fantastic! Very clean and organized. The pick up and delivery service is top notch as well and a very good price! This will definitely be my go-to laundromat from now on!

Not the best but not the worst. Machines were all different and fairly out of date. Worked well though. Not very comfy in there since you spend a min. of an hour there. No washrooms or Wi-Fi. It's good for a quick load but wouldn't be a regular for me.

Had an absolute wonderful experience with Suds. We had a pretty severe leak in our bedroom, leaving our bedding many towels in need of a wash from the dirty rain water coming in. Suds was very responsive and great at communicating. Picked up our bedding + towels, and dropped it off again when it was completed. They even came all the way up to our unit in the apartment building!! Would happily use their services again. Highly recommend.

Great new management and update to premises! Our deepest thanks to owner Wayne for rescuing our prized duvet. We took it in to Suds for it’s annual cleaning, making an afternoon of it with the pizza place right next door. Unbeknownst to us, the machine we used was supposed to be marked as requiring repair. The cycle stopped half way through. I called the number posted on the wall, not really expecting a response since it was the weekend. Not only did Wayne answer, but he apologized profusely for the mixup but promised to drive to the laundromat, rescue the duvet from the locked machine, wash and dry it and deliver to our home free of charge. In a few hours he dropped off our clean duvet together with a 50% coupon. Over and above what I would expect from a laundromat. Customer service that goes above and beyond.

Garbage establishment. Had to use three washers for only four loads of laundry only takes specific change loonies and quarters plus the change machine doesn’t work to get change thankful the gas station had change lol. Put my laundry in the dryer had to pick up my boyfriend and the dryer fell open.. and still continued to count down the time so I lost 5$ atleast. Had to shove chairs and a shovel to stop the dryer from falling open. Over all dirty very out dated clothing was very wet when I took them out of the multiple washers would recommend washing your clothing in a creek over coming here!

I went in with dirty laundry and came out with clean laundry. As far as laundromats go, it did the job beautifully. Also I had no idea that laundromats are where strippers practise their routines off-hours. That was a pleasant surprise. Also they seem to have a ton of change which is handy because... laundromat. No Wifi, as one review noted, but I have an adult-sized data plan so it wasn't an issue.

If you feel like wasting your time do your laundry here. Their dryers take about 2 hours to dry a normal sized load.

I’m really impressed with these guys. We needed a whole bunch of laundry urgently done this weekend and had quite a few requests (pick up, drop off, etc.). They were super accommodating with everything, and service was very friendly! Highly recommended!

Broken machines without signs on them eating up quarters and no one is there to complain to. I spent more time playing dryer- musical chairs trying to find one that worked(this one spins, but no heat. This one has heat but doesn't spin, this one takes you money and does neither...). If it's broken, put a sign on it and get it fixed! How hard is that? Never again.

This place just keeps getting worse. Many machines broken. Today washer didn't spin and left clothes soaked, dryer didn't heat, change machine broken and soap vending machine empty| Never going back. Obviously the owner has no interest in maintaining his business or providing any kind of reliable service.

Suds is something to be desired. Machines are always full, miserable faces and atmosphere while people wait for their clothes to wash and dry. The change machine only gives loonies but the washers only take quarters, there is a convenience store beside it.. but they will also not part with their quarters. Poorly run establishment. Do not go here!

Could use a little renovating overall but honestly it is what it is, a laundromat lol. Nothing special about this place just a general laundromat. Top 40 music playing but otherwise nothing to do. BYO entertainment. Outlets are scarce so bring your own charging devices. No ATM on site so bring cash before coming as all they have is a change machine. change for the machines only as the old school pop machine doesn’t work lol. Also NO WIFI... come on you could at least get that. Couple uncomfy chairs but hey honestly the machines work, it’s clean in here and it does the job you need it for. Would come again for sure

It's a good Laundromat. Just bring your own lysol wipes so you can disinfect the machines you use and wipe the tables before folding your laundry on them

Nothing works in this laundromat. Change machine works once and awhile, Dyers are broken down, washers are broken down. They don't have hand sanitizer for customers, water jug from Culligan never has any paper cups for customers. There is no music playing ór television for customers to listen too. Not enough folding tables, pop and water machine is broken. Just a very limited functional place. If you need your laundry done in a hurry, this is not the place to go to because you will need to wait for washers and dryers. Bring your own drinks and change. Be very aware that it is also extra hót in there as there are no fans or AC. Management is always posting that they are revamping and making improvements and to bare with them. But everytime I have come into this establishment in the last year I never seen any improvements. Only seen things get worse and worse. It cost next to nothing for hand sanitizer or paper cups for customers to have a cold drink from the Culligan water jug. Management needs to spend some time there to take care of their priorities and not make excuses for the place being particularly neglected.There is another laundromat up the road Mount Royal laundromat and they have lots of machines that work.

I ordered pickup/delivery of a super king duvet, as it was way to large to do in my home washing machine. It was picked up wash/dried/and delivered back to me within in the same day! Great easy service! Very happy with results. Will definitely use SUDS again!
