TLDR: Absolutely recommend, great price, fast repair, very friendly I went in to ask about a repair of a rip on my favorite jacket, as well as to ask if he had a replacement button that matched the set on my jacket. The repair was so good that when I went to pick it up, he forgot which side had the repair done. I was astonished at how amazing the quality was! I was expecting stress lines from where the repair started, but it was like-new! The price was amazing, the owner was extremely friendly, the repair was same day, all in all I couldnt be happier with the all around service I received!

If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I am cautioning everyone to take their clothing elsewhere. A bridesmaid dress was brought in to create cross back straps, it wasn't ready until 2 days before the wedding. When the dress was put on, on the Sunday the back of the dress was ruined. One strap was sewed in next to the zipper the other strap sewed in right under the arm pit section. Since they are closed Sunday, we had to call in a seamstress for an emergency fix 2 hours before the wedding who told us it looked like someone who was blind did the job and used white thread to sew them on a black dress. When I contacted the company upset about the dress the manager was unprofessional and rude and tried to tell us we asked for the straps to look like that and we are lieing about the white thread. However even though the straps were asked to be like that she was willing to refund me $7 for the one strap! Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place to avoid additional costs from them ruining your garment.

My husband brought his suit in to be dry cleaned and let them know when we needed it back by and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. When he went in to pick it up they said “it’s in Mississauga, we don’t have it”. We get on a plane tomorrow for a wedding and now he doesn’t have a suit.

I took a ball cap in to have the plastic SnapBack piece replaced. Berkcan (the manager/owner) told me it would take a couple of days, but did not take any information from me. At the time I didn’t think much of it, because it’s a pretty unusual alteration request. Not providing any information proved to be a poor decision. I returned 4 days later. Berkcan told me he didn’t have the hat. I was told that he gave it to someone who came in a couple days previously, referenced my name (which I never provided) and said I had sent this mystery person to get the hat. It sucks losing this hat. It meant something to me. But unfortunate things happen and I can accept that. However, Berkcan’s total lack of responsibility and remorse was inexcusable. He was unprofessional, offered no consolation and didn’t try to rectify the situation, other than to saying he would call me if the person who had my hat comes in again. Obviously, I am not hopeful of that happening. It frustrating that someone else had my hat, Berkcan got paid, and I just got a s*@! eating grin. Berkcan puts the “sketch” in Sketchley.

Recently went to this Sketchley to have my daughter's prom dress(es) altered! Keis (new owner) did an EXCELLENT job with the hem line, adjusting the straps, and taking in the sides. VERY reasonably priced! Excellent service. Have already recommended him to others.
