The shack shine team was very professional. They arrived on time and worked quickly and precisely. They did a great job of cleaning the gutters which were in dire need of maintenance and also gave us honest advice on frequency of cleaning that is required. They also cleaned up all fallen leaves and debris from the front our house. They were not pushy with marketing of other services and we did not get incessant calls afterwards as it often happens with some other companies. I highly recommend them and will surely be calling them again in the future.

Taylor was recommended to me by our painter contractor that said that power washing the deck would be better than staining it and that Taylor had the special nozzles for this. So, we booked the work and was amazed at how great our deck looks again. They moved our furniture around and did the work very professionally and for a good price! Would recommend

I had shack shine come to clean out my eaves and down spouts after a re- roof. I dealt with Taylor. He booked a date within minutes, managed to come to my house before the next rainfall, and arrived on time and was in and out quickly, efficiently and without any interruption to me or my home. My eaves were a mess and full of shingle debris and nails and cigarette butts. My eaves are now spotless, smooth and there is no sign of mess anywhere. I would totally recommend the service. My mom is going to get them to do her house too now.

The crew arrived promptly as promised and worked steadily until complete. They were polite, and respectful of the space they were working in. They washed all windows inside and out and did an amazing job. The windows have never been this clean. Without a courtesy call to say we will be late,on top of that when the two high school kids showed up I told them I already sent 2 emails cancelling my appt. One of them responded "ok whatever". Thank you for providing me with the feedback opportunity. While some windows were spotless after the cleaning, some still had some "spots" left on , either from the water/ cleaning solution or dirt that was not thoroughly removed. I figured that the accessible windows got a good cleaning whereas the ones higher had lots of smudges and dirt still left on. If all the windows had received the same attention (cleaning time was also extremely short) I would have been 100% satisfied with your service. Unfortunately it looked like it was a job half done. Unfortunately, I was not at home to inspect the windows before payment. My husband trusted the company. I had given these people a good review a year ago but I am now giving them a very poor review. The fact of the matter was I had noticed that my eavestroughs were not properly cleared out and in the spring noticed they needed to be attended to. I waited for weeks before getting a response from Taylor. The reality was they wanted to charge me full price for coming back and I felt because I had just used them late October and all leaves from trees was not the problem as trees were still dormant and it was their workers who did not do a good job clearing out the downspout. It was agreed but he chose to let me wait for a long period of time when I had clearly told him I was in a dire situation that needed attention sooner than later. He chose to keep me at a distance in hopes that I would go elsewhere as he wasn't happy that I wanted a discount for him returning to do a better job than what was done. You literally have to watch these guys work. I was extremely disappointed that he did not take my concern seriously and failed to help me out when I needed it. I had to call on someone else to come out to divert an emergency situation where he could not care less what I was going through. The fact that it took several calls and texts to reach Taylor and him telling me he was always on vacation made me realize that his conduct with my circumstances were not taken serious by him. I felt taken and unheard. In the end he was yet again on vacation and by the time he got back to me he had told me it was now months later that he would not give me a discount for them returning. That in itself should speak volumes that this man is not a man of his word. I will never use them again and would never refer them to anyone. They are not good in clearing out eavestrough and they are not reliable.

He and his associate spent a few hours cleaning my windows inside and out so that they shone. When they both left it was if they had not been here apart from the fantastic job that they did for me. They laid down ground cover cloths and walked around in their socks. The care that they took in my home was greatly appreciated. The price was also a wonderful surprise given the number of windows I had. I am not easily impressed,but this group is a 10. Booked online - received a confirmation and price for 1 pm. Received a call at 1pm saying that they would be an hour late - I was annoyed but waited. At 3 pm they were still not here and I called and cancelled. The Manager called ,was apologetic, ( hence the 2 stars) which I appreciated and sent me a revised quote. I was not going to use them. Unprofessional to have this happen. I found them on Homestars and tried to submit this review there but they said I couldn't because I had not used the service, which is crazy because this is the kind of information consumers need. Makes me think twice about Homestars.

The team Jesse and Ethan did a decent job, they worked very hard at my front Porch which is very high and full of webs, and now looks nice and clean. Jesse and Ethan are polite and very helpful. With my request, they even helped me take off my old leaking watering hose and put the new 100 feet long hose on.
