Out of all the laundromats we’ve used in Hamilton. Mountain Laundry is by far the best. They cost effective. Owners are so helpful and nice. Added perk I was happy about was it’s a breastfeeding safe space.

You can trust the reviews: the place is very clean, the machines do a good job, but if your clothes have stains, make sure you pretreat them. However, I am looking forward to my new machines. There is not place like home.

This place is kept clean and is on the bus route. The dry cleaning service is good, I use them often. The machines wash very clean, and you can choose from single load to huge loads, I only use the double load. There is a dryer that you can stand up in, its sssooo big. FRIENDLY owners. I've tried many different laundromats throughout the city - trying to find one I liked the best. I've only been here for 20 minutes and so far my experience has been the best! Our back addition to the house has been demolished and we are awaiting it to be rebuilt so we have no laundry facilities. Went here for the first time today and i was impressed. Brightly lit and very clean. New washers and dryers and a friendly staff. Very affordable. Would highly recommend.

I use this laundromat when I need to wash very large items that don't fit in my washer at home. The place is clean. The instructions on the machines are clear. Bring your own supplies as they are much less expensive at the grocery store

This is a fantastic laundromat. Spacious, very clean, excellent machines (with a wide variety of choices), lovely owners on site, even the money is cleaned regularly. Regarding the 2-star review from Hilary Rose, February /21: Hilary, there are 5 signs posted throughout the laundromat stating the discount is on the dryers. It’s not the owners’ fault you didn’t read any of them. Also, a business owner has the right to accommodate their full laundry customers over their drying-only customers.

Our washer broke down and we had to use a laundromat to do a couple of loads until the new one gets delivered. This place surpassed all my expectations of what I expected a laundromat to be like. Extremely clean, bright, many sizes of washers and dryers. Lots of tables for folding. Simple to follow instructions on every machine. Even the floor was spotless. If I ever need a laundromat again, this is the only place I would come to!

Very personable staff. Clean facility, great hours, various sizes in machines. From single load to super giant load. What would normally take me a few hours at the laundry facility in my own building takes only 1 hour here. Plus they have 25%off the wash on Tuesday's and Wednesday's. Another great thing about this place is they have there own coin changer on site.

I have had nothing but issues with Mountain Coin Laundry not only from personal experience but from tenants in my complex across the street. If you set a timer on your phone to go and switch your load from washer to dryer you best be early as he doesn’t care to touch your personal belongings and take them out regardless of how many available machines. (My unmentionables) I’ve followed directions by not bringing in any item with Tar as it states on entry but apparently these plastic pieces for the mop heads will damage the interior of the units. Wouldn’t be industrial if they couldn’t withstand it. I’ll ensure to mention this to my tenants!

Loved it, first time doing laundry at a Laundromat in a long time because of my dryer breaking down ( in my parents basement apartment ) and I must say- this was quite an experience. But if your like me I brought a tea in a thermal cup but I made it at home and didn't have any milk to put in it, so I improvised and used half ' n ' half coffee cream and just a bit of water ( tap or spring ) and made my milk.Then added it to my tea and WOW! it worked! The lady working here is so nice! She showed me how to work the machines, and what all my choices were. She even helped me to make sure I didn’t put in too much washing powder! (I’ve done that every time at other laundrettes.) She even didn’t get upset when I accidentally spilled some detergent on the floor. Very kind and helpful!

This is the best laundromat in the city, by far! There is a large variety if washing machines for small to super sized laundry loads. The dryers take a fraction of the time as it would at home. It's always so clean and they help when you need it, without hesitation. It's also nice that there's free wifi, plenty of fans, and a television. I can't recommend this place enough. I have machines in my building, but I load up my car and hit Mountain Coin Laubdry instead.

This is the best place to do laundry in Hamilton hands down, they have great washers and dryers and they have a machine that gives you change like if you had 20 dollar bill and you put it into the machine you’ll get back 10 Loonies and 10 quarters, the quarters you need them for the drying machine and loonie for the washers. Nothing got stolen ever I have been going to this place for the past year love it and if you feel like waiting for your clothes to finish washing and drying there’s FREE WIFI there as well and I forgot to mention there’s great owners there as well . They also have cameras just in case something does happen everything is being recorded.

I would give it a five-star but I found the staff not very friendly. I got the feeling it was mostly regulars that come in there... I had to do my elderly mother's laundry and I had read all the great ratings on this place and thought I would try it. On the plus side it's extremely clean lots of room to fold your clothes which I appreciated.

Bad service, it was my first time, I paid by cash on Friday sep 25th and he gave me a yellow paper and I thought it’s received. And today Sat oct 3th, came back and a man said I wasn’t pay, and force me paid again. I wanted see security camera and he said too long then I couldn’t see it. It’s lie . I just call fraud Hamilton to report, hope that you ( owner)can see what I wrote because it’s horrible. It never happened to me before. And you so rude to me.
