A very clean place to do your laundry. Best time to come, in my opinion, would be early in the morning. It was often not busy at that time so you could get a washer and dryer right away. You can also stay on site with the wifi and seats provided and wait for your laundry to be done. I was able to finish 1 1/2 loads in around 45 minutes. Washed and Dried.

Despite all the great reviews l can't say l have had the best experience doing laundry here. Once the dryer l was using was just not working properly. Told the manager nothing was done about it. Another time l washed blankets without realizing that there was a rag in there that made my laundry smell bad. Wish l had checked the machine thoroughly. Another time again kept feeding the dryer money and didn't work. So sorry to say but not the best laundromat but definitely one of the better ones around.

Best. Laundromat. Ever. It is clean, luxurious, and has everything you need. The staff are so helpful and if you forget to bring soap/dryer sheets they have everything you need for only a $1 each. There is wi-fi, movies playing, comfortable couches to sit in while you wait, and even a smoking patio. You can purchase towels, sheets, and much more. Our washer/dryer recently broke, and to be honest i like this place so much i am in no rush to go buy new ones.

I came here because of the reviews and I am not disappointed at all. Vey clean with friendly staff on site. I didn't give it a 5 because it was warm in here but what do I expect with all the dryers going on, there are several working fans throughout. Frwe wifi and coffee is a nice touch.

I came in for the first time yesterday and I had the help of Diana who was extremely nice and helpful and I spoke to another lady prior Gail who was also very helpful and informative answering all my information on the phone in regards to machine times, pricing and services, etc. Such a great place to attend, I actually enjoyed doing my laundry for the first time (minus the folding lol) and it came out smelling better than the machines I have in my building! I will be coming back for future laundry ????

Absolutely love this laundry mat. Big, very clean and a lot of different size washers. They have drop off service. They also sell other things such as bed sheets, towels and amazing big laundry bags. Great price as well. I won’t go anywhere else.

I've been going to this laundry mat for months now and I've never been so treated so poorly, I don't know if it's because I'm a younger adult. But I came in at 835 one night and was told that I should have shown up before 830 to start my laundry, i have already had a long day at work abd doing some running around and couldnt find another night to do my laundry. This woman proceeded to sigh and make tsking noises under her breath. When I transferred over to a dryer I then was told I shouldn't be using those dryers because the area had already been cleaned but wasn't blocked off. I have never been treated like this at all since I started coming here. One of the reasons I come here is because of how nice the staff is. Now I'm not so sure.

Lux is such a great place! The girls there are extremely helpful, coffee and cookies are always available. They have T.V and comfortable seating. 6 loader washers, having teenagers...I love that I can get a week's worth of laundry done in about an hour. Clean, friendly & my favorite place.

PLEASE find somewhere else to go. Honestly, If I could give neat.ive stars I would. They discriminate at this laundromat. It's horrible. This clearly goes to show that the employees are extremely ignorant and uneducated with regards to the LAW. With everything that is going on in the world you figure they would do a bit more research and or training on how to teach persons who enter their establishment! Absolutely, DISGUSTING behavior! This place REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS. APPARENTLY, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT EXEMPTIONS BUT WHEN ASKED IF I WERE IN A WHEELCHAIR IF I WOULD ALSO NOT BE ALLOWED IN HAS NOTHING TO SAY!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. No one deserves to experience this type of treatment. Let alone based on your medical conditions. WHAT A HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE

So I have been going to this laundromat before the renovations. Typicaly the staff is amazing but my most recent experience was a little off. I think the lady on staff may have had long day or just having a bad one but she wasn’t so nice. But the over all experience is great. So clean, easy use, big machines, Internet access, typically very nice staff. I do believe there’s even cookies and coffee. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Nothing against the business itself my first time here was not bad at all. However, The second time I came to do ONE load of laundry. The woman on staff yelled in my wife's face because it was 2 hours until closing time and she did not want to wipe out our machines before they closed. I told her we had to bus there because we liked the size of the washing machines and they were still open. After that she refused to let my wife use a bathroom and told me if I spent one more minute using the wi-fi to call a friend for a ride home in -10°c weather that we would not be aloud back. I won't return knowing that is the type of customer service I risk facing.

I have to confess. When I first came here, I found the price for a load outrageous and I walked out. I went home and did some research. To my surprise, the cost was comparable to other laundromats. What sets them apart, are there very large capacity and modern machines. Don’t let the size of the door fool you. These are very big machines! I talked to the attendant and she told me the machines are cleaned and disinfected every day. Impressive! I found my new laundromat. P. S. Complimentary coffee and free wifi.

As a first impression, the laundromat is very well equipped and very clean. The prices are reasonable. I have never been to another one like it. Lots of seating and laundry carts are available. Change machine and attendant on site. New favorite place. Definitely recommended. Also it has a little shop on site.
