The people here are very friendly and the washing technique is very good. The procedure is very professional. Repair technology is also excellent. I feel satisfied every time. This is a place I want to introduce to my neighbors.

My Dad has been going here for years, and he's a very hard person to plese when it comes to drycleaning. I however, am more picky then he is, but more so when it comes to alterations. I always ask for Frances because ive given her some odd and confusing tasks and shes been able to accomplish any one of my crazy ideas along with suggesting a better alternative.

Very disappointed with the level of customer service and business acumen received. Previous visit resulted in three shirts shrinking. Upon returning months later for dry cleaning services, I politely advised that more care should be given to these new garments as I didn't want a repeat. I was assured it would be taken care of. A day later I received a voicemail from the owner advising that if I did not want the dress shirt to shrink they would need to dry clean it and there would be an additional cost. I was a little confused why it would cost more $$$ to complete a task... A day later after my surgery the owner called me again about the matter. I advised her that I forgot to call back (surgery took priority) and had explained to her what had happened on my previous trip. To my surprise the owners response was "in 13 years, I have never heard that." She then began to reiterate the additional charges and advised me that because she didn't hear back from me she went ahead without my consent... with so many years in business I have never heard someone apply a charge without the customers consent. Whether I contacted you back or not, you should never take the decision from the customers hands. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted from this experience and will not be recommending their services to future or existing customers.

Did a great job dry cleaning my garments. I loved that I put them in one day and they were done super fast the next day. Super convenient when traveling. I also think the girl on weekends is super great, helpful, kind, efficient. I’ve seen her deal with some very rude and awkward customers and she deals with them like a professional. My husband is very happy with all of his clothes that I bring in. I recommend highly to everyone who lives in the area.

Terrible customer service, double cresses on my trouser and suit Jacket. Will NOT be going there again. Shop promised to fix the issue by 5pm today, I showed up to pick up my suit but it was not ready, when reception staff called the owner, she said that she cannot do it today. I asked to return my suit as is, Just got my suit now and will go to another dry cleaners to resolve their mess. I would not recommend them.

My regular dry cleaners were closed, and needed to get a bunch of shirts and one pair of pants dry cleaned for the weekend, the customer service was good and receptionist was very nice, however some the white shirts still had stains, the pants did as well. It looked like they had just been rinsed, dried and handed back with the same stains.... I've used other dry cleaning services in oakville and haven't ever had this issue before, the same white shirts with stains have always come back clean within a day. Will be taking these to another dry cleaners.. After spending nearly 100$ would not reccomend..

I have been taking my dry cleaning to King Dry Cleaners for the past 8 years . They are amazing. The service is first class. My daughter is so pleased with her bridal dress cleaning after her wedding and my son's shirts of different textures always well cleaned. It is so good to receive this consistent service.

Horrible dry cleaners. I took my child’s uniform tunics to be lengthened and asked for dry cleaning simply to get the hem line and pleats ironed out. They weren’t even touched except by maybe a cheap 10 cent hand steamer that didn’t iron out the hem line but actually took it one step further and ruined the crisp pleats. The owner told me “oh ya we can get that crease out” and walked away. They still charged me in FULL for not doing anything! Not only that, their sad attempt to stitch a frayed button hole could have been done better by my 4 year old with her eyes closed - wish I could upload pictures for proof.
