EDIT, (June 12/21l, They now have an app you can use to pay for laundry, how cool is that!.. its called 'DexterPay', download it and use it with your Google lay account.. ----*---- My First time here, and I must say I'm very impressed, I came from down the mountain to get away from the unsavoury, got here early at 530, and only a few ppl are early birds like me, I love how CLEAN everything is, the machines are all stainless steel and they are looking good. It's got everything I've been looking for; washroom, ATM, Change machine, AND WIFI (this place deserves a great review) so it's no bother the short drive, took the Sherman access from central area. I'll be back. And its much cheaper than what I was paying down the hill. Will recommend.

Place sucks when u go on weekend or evening no one to sell anything machine to but detergent only takes toonies and loonies their cash machine gives you a bunch of quarters. Washing machine was 7.00. Read two loonies as two quarters. Not impressed wanted to do a bunch of loads at once and only managed to get one in which I could have done at home.

The bathroom smells like URINE and has for several weeks... it's very clean other then the bathroom so go before you go to the laundrymat.

I always go here, its clean with lots of large washers and dryers. I never bother reviewing, but compared to the other laundromats in Hamilton this one is clean with a clean bathroom, parking, seating, WIFI and plenty of folding space. repeat customer

Open very late which is a big convenience. All and all a nice quiet clean laundry Mat I frequent this location whenever I require a larger sized machine!

Great place to do your laundry! My machine broke and I haven't been to a laundromat in years! This one was so clean you could eat off the floor! Ok don't do that but still! Lol lovely people there to help you. I was kinda stunned at the prices but everything is expensive these days. Not sure what the competition is...anyways, this place is A+ for doing laundry! ????

Laundry facilities great. Lots of machines. Very clean. Lady working was a little stand offish... Not super inviting for new ppl asking questions on how things work. No laundry card but old skool coin operated. Nice and cool, lots of seating, free WiFi and a tv to keep u occupied while waiting. I wasn't here for customer service but a smile goes a long way ????.

First time here today. Lots of machines huge and small.. This place is clean, the bathroom is clean also. The ceiling fans are amazing..i was worried about being hot but its definitely comfortable! Some tunes playing. They have chairs to sit on. Also a bench out front of the building. Will definitely be back.

It's a very spacious laundromat located at a very convenient location. The lady who manages it is very noble and civilized. She takes personal care of her clients and does her best to offer every possible help. We were looking for big enough laudry machines to handle big blankets. I discovered that they have big enough machines for the purpose. Moreover as the place is spacious so it's really convenient to maintain social distancing. I highly recommend the place.

Worst customer service I ever had. I came in with 2 winter coats for wash and fold. The lady behind the counter said she doesn’t do that. I said I brought them before, did your service change? She said “I don’t know I clean here”. I asked where someone was who could help me, she said she didn’t know maybe they would be back later. I said I will take these somewhere else. She asked if I wanted to leave them and I said “not if you can’t process this order”, she seemed confused about the whole thing.

The lady who works there is outrageously rude. If you're going to run a customer service based establishment at least pretend to be personable. A smile (even if fake) goes a long way and this lady makes everyone feel as if they are inconveniencing her or unwelcome when she gives them dirty looks as they walk in. Also, the facility is disgusting. Maybe she should sweep and mop in there once in a while.

This place has been a lifesaver for me and our family as we struggle with another local business to do the right thing and replace our brand new washing machine - hamilton laundry is always clean and tidy. Airy. I bring my kids here safely and often. Everything you could want for a laundry room is offered and available. The woman who works there, Sitha, is one of the best. She’s friendly and informative and over time has become a trusted friend. This is a great local business to support. Hands down.

Best place to go get your laundry done it is clean staff is very helpful. Follows covid rules. Very spacious and a great variety of different size machines big and small. Love the massage chairs. Bathroom is nice a clean. Will definitely continue to do business there. Thank you.

Had a very bad experience with the lady who works there during daytime. Not once but multiple times. Very rude! Doesn’t excuse herself when she wants to clean where you are. I get it, she needs to clean but she should be courteous as well. No matter how clean the place is, if the caretaker is rude, not worth going back there.

I used to like going to this laundry mat but the hours are misleading as I’ve been there passed 1 am and never got locked out tonight I was there before 1 am and my stuff was in the dryer went outside for a cigarette and after I went to check on the dryer to find out I was locked out tried calling no answer and clearly there’s cameras so either lock up five minutes before u close instead of being misleading on hours especially when I’ve gone so many times past one am and both doors have been open and have been there until 3 am

Sign inside says open 5am-1am, not 24 hours. Very bright and clean facility. Decent washroom. Lots of counter space. Nice chairs. 3/12 dryers are out of order today. No staff present during my visit. I like it - the current reviews don't do it justice.

Agree with other poster, people in there not wearing masks. YES you can enforce it. If they cant wear masks, then they can wait outside for their laundry to finish. Not stand around inside and talk on the phone, sip their drinks. And start by making those massage chairs out of service so people cant sit inside and hang out while waiting. Take away folding tables so people have to do that at home. Sorry but I don't care how spacious your laundrymat is, I had to squeeze by multiple people almost back to back and chest to chest in order to get to my machines.

Great for washing lots of clothing three different sized of washers and two different sized of dryers sometimes the floor is a little diry but when the staff get in they do a wonderful job of cleaning it up! Its great that there is a atm and change machine makes doing laundry very easy.

Personally I go for one reason and one reason only, to do my laundry. @Lizzie if you want fake smiles go find fake friends to hang out with you while you wash your dirty laundry. The washers are huge and the dryers do the job. How disrespectful can a customer be talking about sweep and mop? How much do you expect from a laundry room attendants? You get what you pay for, if you want more, afford your own washer and dryer. The wash and fold service is the most convenient, drop it off, come back later pay my money, the smile ain't important. Get a life. 5 stars!!!!!!

This is my first time going to any public laundromat and I am impressed. This one is very clean and it has a lot of washing and drying machines. The commercial size washers are quite expensive, $8 a load. But I guess when you need to wash a large comforter once in a while it is worth it.

Do not come here if you value yours and your family's health and well-being. There is zero attempt at enforcement when it comes to the new mask rules. Fewer than half the people in here wore one, and even when the staff were in, there was no enforcement. It's not wonder our numbers are going up again when businesses like this refuse to do their part in keeping people safe.

First time in years I've had to use a laundry service and I am more than pleased. The lady working today was so helpful and took the time to help me, being short, get the soap and softener into the receptical. She explained the pricing and timing for the machines which was very helpful. It was very busy today but she worked hard to keep the place clean for the customers. More businesses need to be run like this one.

For 2nd week in a row we have encountered a male passed out in the laundromat. First time in open on chairs this time on bathroom floor. The place is dirty garbage all over floor. I will not come back as it is too scary since it is not staffed. Also when you call the emergency number posted on wall you only get an answering machine.

My favourite laundromat in the city. Always clean and while it can get quite busy at times I have never had to wait for a washer or a dryer. Prices seem very reasonable to me. As I said above the place is clean and that includes the washroom as well.

I was at the laundromat this morning. I used one of the big washers and one of the smaller washers. They where supposed To take about 25-28 minutes. At the end of the cycle I went to get my clothes out of the washers to put into the dryers. The big washer #6 said it was done but still had water running in the machine. I took my clothes out of the small washer and put them on the dryer, giving the big washer time to finish with the water. After 10 minutes I called the emergency number. I spoke to someone who took down my information and what the problem was, she said someone would call me back. After an hour I still didn’t hear from anyone and water was still on in the machine with it not spinning. I called the emergency number again and same thing they took my number and the problem and told me someone would call me back. I left my clothes in the washer 1 because I didn’t want water all over the floor. 2 I don’t want to wreck the dryers with soaking wet clothes 3 it would have cost me more to dry my clothes. The lady that works here arrived about 8:45 am. It’s her first day and the washer issue is not her fault at all. She was able to get it to do the final rinse again and it had the same issue. She helped me take my stuff out (wish water still running) and put it in another washer For another spin cycle. When I went to check if it was done, she was on the phone with her boss and she was informed that this has happened before. There was nothing she could do and to put an out of order tag on the machine. I don’t blame the staff member at all and she isn’t the reason for the poor review. The poor review comes from not getting a call back from anyone. Why even have an emergency number then? I was at the laundromat for close To 4 hours when it should have been less then 2 Hours. The poor review also comes from the owners knowing this was a problem as it had happened before and not fixing it. I hope others don’t have the same thing happen to them. The employee was good, however not getting a phone call back ruined the whole experience.
