Amazing service! The owner stayed late on Sunday to dry clean a lot of clothes for my mother in law. It was all done by Monday morning. But they are not just about speed, but quality too. Everything our family have given them so far comes back in excellent condition. We have clothes form delicate and expensive materials, and Green Terra takes very good care of them. Thank you!

Don't go there if you really need to get your cloths back on time. I was new to neighborhood, I chose this dry cleaner based on their good reviews. I dropped two night dresses to be picked up in 3 days, a day before I was going on vacation for holidays. Went there around 7PM , store was closed ( supposed to close at 8). I tried to call them, no one picked up. I tried their website and wrote my note to owner , but the contact section didn't work and my message didn't go through. I thought to stop by on my way to airport , called them next day , no one answered , voice mail box was full. Long story short, I couldn't take my dresses with me and when I came back from my trip I went there and I told the staff , owner's son, that I don't want to pay full price for dresses that I couldn't get on time. He had no sense of customer care and he didn't realize how important it is in their line of business to be punctual. Some customers might bring their cloths there to wear in an occasion that can not wait, you can not just close the store an hour earlier. If anything urgent at least leave a number to contact for customers that might need their cloths back. He was like, I am not sure, I am not allowed to do anything, come back when owner is here, I have to talk to my dad...

It was my first time coming here. I came in to get my zipper fixed on my winter jacket. The owner let me know of the prices it could potentially cost me. In the meantime he was fiddling with my coat and actually ended up fixing it by hand. No cost. Great customer service, and will be back!

Next-day service for everything, they do a great job, are well organized and friendly. Not the cheapest around - men's shirts laundered are $3.15 apiece, compared to $2.50 at some dry cleaning chains, and under $2 at discount cleaners in the GTA. If you need a clean one for work every day, this quickly adds up. Parking is ample and conveniently close.

What a bunch of scammers!! Took a dress to them for dry cleaning few months ago and they told me it will cost $35 then they called me few days after and said we were wrong and it will cost $45!! I said fine. Now I take the exact same dress to them again and they tell me $65 to clean!! Only few months after!! What a scam. Went to another dry cleaner less than 2 km away on Walkers and Upper Middle and he took that exact dress to clean for $32!! They were about to charge me double. Scammers!!!

I recently took 4 panels of drapes that are lined to be dry cleaned. I was served by a “new” girl and was given a print out for the price and invoice number. Which stated Lined Drapes 4 panels and with 2 shirts and pants was quoted $25.94. The next day I received a call to say I was mispriced on the drapes and it would be $80 a panel. I understood that it was an awfully low number the night before but explained that at the end of August 2017 I brought in 2 lined panels to be cleaned then and you charged $40 a panel then, why is it double? I realize prices go up but double in less then 6 months. After a bit of an argument I requested not to go forward with cleaning them and I would pick them up. The young man did attempt to make a call to see if they could do it cheaper however in the end it would still be $60 a panel. Today I picked them up and had the “pleasure” of being served by the father. Previous review of him is quite accurate. He has ZERO customer service!!! He told me he “did me a favour in August” when he cleaned them for me for $40 a panel. I said I never said anything about the price in August so how and why was it a favour? We argued back and forth and I walked out with my drapes. I have since gone to another cleaner who quoted me exactly what I was expecting to pay $40 a panel!!! And served me with a smile! This cleaner makes up their prices as they go. Their computer has a price for them but they make up another price on the spot!

I'm speechless. I took my wedding dress in to get dry cleaned and was told 3 weeks and it would be done. NO PHONE CALL TO TELL ME IT WAS DONE. I called yesterday and asked the status of it and had the worst customer service experience ever. The owner told me they dont call their customers to let them know when things are done.Then I went in today to get my dressand said I'm not paying this much as I had the worst customer service experience. The wife of the owner told me he wasnt rude and put in the amount on the machine and said here you go. I call back and spoke again yo the manager would not let me speak told me what are you fussing about if you want something for free tell me. I hung up on him, he called back and still continued to speak over me. NEVER GO HERE horrible service.

Worst experience ever. Dropped off a pair of pants and one dress shirt. Explained to the young guy at 10am that I needed it asap. He said no problem they'll be ready by 5pm. I go to pick them up at 6PM and the pants were done and the young lady couldn't find the dress shirt anywhere. I was upset but what could she do. She told me to take the pants without paying for the screw up and she would leave a note. So today I went back and the older man grabbed the shirt from the bin. He said it still had to be washed. I said no need, just give it back to me because of it being too late. He never apologized and in fact demanded money for the pants. I told him she said there was no charge and he to me to go to HELL. He followed me out yelling threats. This company handle their mistake totally wrong.

During Covid they said they weren't doing same service due to less business. I explained that I needed the pants dry-cleaned the next day for a wedding. The owner said he could accommodate me and have them the same day, which he did. Great customer service.

First time to visit this place based on Google reviews. Took my most favorite suite which had some how got a stain over the breast pocket. Picked it up 2 days later... NO STAIN.!!! This is definitely the best cleaner in town.
