Found it easy to communicate with Blue Leaf Cleaners by email, which I really appreciated. They were very responsive and asked questions about my alterations when I wasn't clear about what I wanted. Pick-up/drop-off of clothes was included in the price. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the level of service provided.

Very happy with the service at Blue Leaf Cleaners. Moved from Toronto to Stoney Creek and have been looking for some time for a good dry cleaner. Not only are they good, they did same day service for me! I forgot to take in my husband's pants for a wedding. So I went in before work on the Friday ( wedding on Saturday) and they had it done for me on the Friday afternoon. Not only did they do it for me, their hours worked so well and are accommodating to a working mom! Highly recommended!

This dry cleaner completely ruined the pants of my husbands suit. Actually put multiple holes in them and told me I dropped them off like that?! Who would send a ruined pair of pants to be dry cleaned? We have a wedding tomorrow and my husband is out buying a new suit right now. This place wouldn't even give me a $7 refund for ruining the pants. Terrible place and service. In response to what the owner has said, there was a small burn on the VEST that my husband acknowledged. There was zero damage to the pants. My husband did not acknowledge any damage on the pants- that is a flat out lie!! Again, who would send pants with a bunch of holes in them to the cleaners? You guys did that. Own it. You should have returned the $7. If I had asked for you to refund the whole order, maybe that would have been unreasonable, but I didn't.

Fantastic service. I had a formal bridesmaid dress dry cleaned that had been sitting in my closet for 4 years after being used for a wedding party.I did not clean it after so it had some yellow stains and dirt along the bottom. I want to use the dress for another bridal pArty but did not have faith it was doable. I have it a shot and just picked up the dress (a day earlier than it was supposed to be ready) and it looks brand new!! Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
