I am totally happy with the rug shampoo. Both rooms are great. Phil was so honest! I would warn that guaranteed good results would be difficult if the upholstered furniture has button tufted backs.

Action Chemdry is the carpet cleaning service I have used for many years. The carpets always look great when they are finished and I love that they dry quickly. I have used Action Chem-Dry in the past and have always been completely satisfied with their service. Recently I had my carpets cleaned on my upper level. Upon telling the technician Nik not to move an antique chair of mine, he took it upon himself to lift the chair and abruptly put it on my bed. In the process, one leg broke off resulting in a screw breaking in half. He did not apologize nor did he offer to have it fixed nor any compensation was given to me at that time.

Extremely pleased. I always call Action Chem-Dry for all my carpet cleaning needs. They had cleaned my area rug that had pet stains and it was cleaned spotless. I have two dogs so I clean this rug every 6 months. I also have my carpet in my bed room cleaned. Phil the senior technician is very responsible and always on time. They are very reasonable and do amazing job. I highly recommend them.

Good people to deal with -- on time and great results. I received a call ahead of time to narrow down the time window and the tech arrived right on schedule. He was polite and efficient, did a great job on the chair and area carpet that needed to be cleaned and then left. I would use their services again if the need arises ... and the price was about 15% less than local competitors.
