Ruined my coat (vinyl trim ripped to pieces) and didn’t even tell me. When I noticed it and came back they said they would have it repaired. A week later, they tell me it’s ready and make me go pick it up from the seamstress... it’s not ready. When I called back to say I wasn’t happy about this (it’s their job to coordinate the repair and I don’t appreciate being sent there for nothing), Julia hung up on me. Wow. Avoid.
