I’ve just started to use a laundry service as I had usually got to the laundromat and did it myself.It’s difficult to do ordinary tasks in extraordinary times. This is where We Do Laundry really helps me out. The Laundry always comes back super clean and crisply folded. They take care in their work and it shows. T.J my laundry valet is amazing texting me when he’s about to arrive and drop off. You can even have contactless pickup and drop off as long as it’s in a safe location. 10/10 would recommend.

Our dryer broke after ten years of loyal service, and while we are finding a replacement we have turned to wedolaundry for help. I did not realize what a treat having a laundry service is, and it is going to be hard to go back once we get a new dryer. We just bag up our dirty clothes, send them on their way, and 24 hours later they are returned to us neatly folded, pressed, stacked nicely, and smelling INCREDIBLE. We were never a fabric softener family, but for $2 we all get to smell CLEAN whenever we wear our clothes. I've been able to go Marie Kondo on all my drawers because of how nicely my clothes come! The service is incredible, I've had June pick up and drop off my laundry both times we used it and he was so professional and timely and chill. Wedolaundry has transformed laundry from an absolute chore to a delightful experience and honestly, I am dreading having to do my own laundry again!

Customer service is hit or miss depending on the employee you speak with. But the actually laundry service is very convenient. 24 hour turn around, I use for my business for rags and what not. They have in scented options and other dry cleaning options if you’re using it for clothing or bedding.

My first time trying the service and it isn;t bad, with room for improvement. TRACKING: The map link to track the driver is NEVER updated, so its literally useless. (Neither time, nor stops and ETA updated). On the PLUS SIDE, the text messaging system is very efficient and gives you an idea of when the driver will pick up / drop off items. DRIVERS: I found bother driver's to be very professional, followed instructions and personable, a HUGE plus. WASH QUALITY: I tacked on a bunch of extra services, including separation and bleach, yet, all the kids clothes, which are white, are still stained and I get no smell of bleach, so this was not followed, although I paid for it. Everything else is fine (no issues) and I would recommend you get the fabris softener as all the clothed do have a tad "rough feel" to them. On the positive side, whomever folded the clothes, is a PRO, VERY WELL DONE, thank you! All in all, the pricing came to what I thought it would be, about $120.00 for 50 lb's. WEB SITE / EMAILS: They communicate quite well on these mediums howevr the email in which you click a buttont o tip the driver was broken so I can;t tip my driver. They need to do some regular quality control checks on their systems, if not for these issues, they are a 5 star service. In closing, I will DEFINITELY use the service again and recommend it to others with the side note that a few add on items are a must.

I requested scent free service, and my laundry came back so stinky I had to rewash. The individual who picked up my laundry felt very bad about it and gave me a third of my money back. Wouldn't recommend though, and it was very expensive.

I used WeDoLaundry service during my recent trip to Toronto. The pick up process was very efficient and smooth. I was contacted before the pick up and the pick up time was pre-arranged according to my availability. The laundry was delivered 24 hours later with no issues whatsoever. Great service. Great services. I had a long vacation in Vancouver and this was a great help. All I had to do was put all dirty clothes and made a simple reservation for pick up. Within a day, my clothes returned in clean and tidy fold condition. The price was also very reasonable with that great services

I received my laundry and noticed two days later that my favourite sweater was missing. I reached out to the company to let them know and they were able to locate it and drop it off. Two days after that I noticed that there was a second sweater missing and again, had to reach out to the company to let them know. I am now stressed that they have lost other items of my clothing that I haven't noticed yet. I find their service very poor and unprofessional considering that they didn't notice themselves and I had to ask them to look for my clothes. If I hadn't noticed and reached out, I would have never received them. I do NOT RECOMMEND this service.

I hate giving negative reviews as I always reach out to the company directly to rectify issues, and have not felt compelled to do so until now. Two stars only because their customer service for pick up times and error correcting has been mostly prompt and always friendly. I was reluctant to write a review and wanted to give this laundry service a chance to be better, but after 3 BRUTAL experiences and several attempts to communicate privately with the company, I have to say that you will be doing yourself and your bank account a favor if you choose a different company. I have used this laundry service 4 times now (at an average of $60 per pick up), and I have to say that the first time my experience was amazing -- prompt pick up and return, open and friendly communication and impeccably folded and fresh laundry on return. The only negative part was that they did not bring a scale for the pick up, and I ended up having to purchase additional weight. The second time, my clothes did not come back until 2 days after pick up despite purchasing same-day return, and no one ever contacted me to let me know or followed up with my emails about the late delivery. I was never was refunded for the same day delivery fee of $10. They did bring the scale this time and my clothing was very neatly folded & clean. The third time, they contacted me ahead of time to let me know that they would be late picking up my laundry, but were very apologetic and friendly on pick up and even managed to bring my clothes back same-day --- HOWEVER when I opened the bags I was extremely disappointed to discover that all of my clothes were SOAKING WET. The company was very prompt at picking up the clothes to be dried, but I don't think they rewashed the clothes as my dried laundry was returned smelling a bit musty (albeit very neatly folded). Today was the fourth and last time I will ever use this service and it super sucks because I really wanted to back this company and the service they provide. I scheduled a pick up for this morning and messaged the company to see if they could ensure pick up between 8am-815am (when i needed to leave for work). I received an immediate response on their website chat that they would be happy do oblige me, and my pick up was at 8:10am as promised. My driver did not weigh my laundry, but i immediately received an email saying that my order weighed exactly 49 lbs right after he left (my total account balance) -- I am pretty sure that this was inaccurate as my previous order with almost the exact same items weighed 30lbs. My order was delivered same day and while I am happy to report that it was not soaking this time, it was really frustrating to see that all of my clothes were haphazardly stuffed into the bags. To make matters worse, none of them smell like they were actually cleaned with any kind of detergent. My blouses still smell of my perfume and deodorant (neither of which is so potent that it wouldn't come out with detergent). My sheets still smell of my sweat and hairspray, and my towels still smell like my shampoo and body wash. The only items returned to me today that were even remotely close to being actually clean were my underwear. To say that I am frustrated as I sit here re-folding and sorting through each item that I will need to re-wash would be an understatement. I just paid roughly $85 to have someone take my laundry on a field trip and return it to me -- it would have been cheaper to have my clothes driven around in a taxi all day. Perhaps they cleared my balance so that I would not continue to use their laundry cleaning service with the expectation that my laundry would return to me CLEAN, DRY and at least relatively within the agreed upon time frame.

Wow. Thought the service was great until some of my Tshirts were missing when my laundry was returned. I emailed them politely asking about it and received no response. A couple weeks later I wrote another email. That was a week ago and still no response. I understand that things happen, and I wasn't furious about the missing laundry, but I'm pretty furious at the lack of response and accountability. Wont be using this service again, which is too bad because it seemed great at first. I also noticed that the owner left a 5 star review for this company below, which is very strange lol.

Someone in this company at Vancouver Surrey location somehow got my credit card information and charged $342 in 3 separate transactions. If it was a customer with a stolen credit card, why would they run 3 separate transactions at 1 place. How much laundry cleaning service costs $342. I was never a customer not will I ever will be.

I tried out we do laundry for the first time this week. My partner and I had so much laundry I have a back injury so I can't do it myself anymore. The person who picked up the laundry asked if she could stay and the bottom of the stairs and have me bring the laundry to her, I couldn't because of my injury. So she had with her knee injury and obviously struggled. I gave her detergent to use, since I'm sensitive to smell and chemicals. They give me rashes and headache. When the laundry was returned, it was obvious they hadn't used the detergent I had given or any other type of unscented detergent. They also didn't return the detergent I gave them. The clothes were unsorted and sloppily folded, when they were folded at all. Almost all of the clothes have wrinkles from being poorly folded and stuffed in a garbage bag. They aren't fit to put on the shelves or wear. I feel that I wasted the $70+ I spent for this, because now I have to redo the laundry to try and get out what ever they used to make it smell so strongly and leave a residue on my skin. I will never use this service again.

What an amazing time saver. Very reasonable prices, and the clothes come back folded nicely! I would absolutely recommend this highly convenient service :) When they lost a clip on one of my trousers I told them and they took it to a repair shop to sew a new one on. Great stuff. When I wasn't available one time for the return the following day, they offered to return same day at no extra cost. Unfortunately they are sometimes a bit sloppy with the pick up and drop off times. In the last two drop offs I also found a tshirt and a sock that wasn't mine. Also, after already raising their price in January, they raised them again in March, amounting to 25% higher than December. I can accept one price rise a year (already above inflation), but one every few months is unacceptable. I tried to remove the tip to compensate, but the website does not allow you to remove the tip (I'm not sure how it's a tip if it's compulsory!). For my first 22 orders they didn’t lose a single item of clothing, but I did have a sock missing on the 23rd order. I will continue to use their service as it is efficient and convenient.

The first time I used them things turned out great! The second time I used them, they applied scented soaps by mistake (I requested and paid for unscented. I never use or can use scented detergents). They argued with me and blamed me, saying I must use scented detergents, but eventually rewashed them once. The scented detergent or dryer sheet smells are still all over my clothes. I contacted them again to say that I wanted them to take care of their error-Just wash them a few times until the scented products are gone. They refused and again blamed me for the strong chemical perfumes on the clothes. I was insulted and stolen from. Don't use their service if you have to use scent-free products! They won't honour their agreement and will ruin your clothes, waste your time, and steal your money! You've been warned!

I work for starlight casino, we had a representative come in through the front door and throw all the laundery down at guest services. He was clearly advised to drop it off at shipping at receiving at the back of the casino, but he refused to take it back and just left. Poor service, instructions were clearly given to be taken to shipping and receiving which he blatantly ignored and just decided to leave. Even when giving him a friendly reminder to take it back, he ignored and threw his responsibility to front desk. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I used this service multiple times for my laundry and the level of service is terrible. The first time they delivered my laundry to the wrong customer and I had to wait a day longer than I should have. After they gave me a 10% discount, I decided to give them another shot. Today I was expected to receive my laundry as they have notified me on email yet I did not receive it. I will never use these guys again, very disappointed.

I called earlier today asking for a price the gentleman on the other line kept stating I'm not sure guy wasn't helpful finally he gave me a price 1.50lbfor up to 40 lbs then it's going 1.75 them 1.99higher and higher and higher I do not trust any Depot to do my laundry.. no Quality control...how do I know he's a Depot simple.. I asked him for his location and he gave me lies.. he gave me an address to a laundromat next door to my moms who I know the owner and he claimed it was his ..lies cannot be trusted beware.. be sure to always check reviews on any business

It's been quite difficult to find a linens service that will provide to a small start up clinic, as we do not produce as much linens as a fully operating office. WeDoLaundry has been exceptional and was kind enough to take on our clinic at our start up phase. We have been using their service since opening day. They were kind enough to accommodate our office as frequently as we needed, and has gone above and beyond with all our request. Abhishek has always been polite, shows excellent customer service and shows he truly cares about their customers.

I do not recommend this laundry service at all, I lost three pairs of socks, they also stained a silk blouse. And jumper was received it without the brooch of the zipper, in addition to the fact that they throw away my clothes they are not responsible for the losses and inconveniences during the washing, they are iirresponsible and unprofessional, their customer service is the worst. Wedolaundry is the worst option.

Could have done my laundry in the time spent waiting for them to pick it up, my pick up time is 9:30am and they rarely get to my place before 11 They also require you to reach out for refunds if they fail to pick up your laundry. Might be time to cut out the middle man and just take my laundry to the cleaners myself!

You guys did 73 pounds of my laundry, which is insane - and for such a good price. I was able to get cold wash and hang dry and whatever other specializations.
