this place is the worst coint laundry ever the Chinese guy inside there tell you what to do in your clothe and what not to do never have a bad experience like that i had to take my clothe without dry it because he want me to use 2 dryery just to make more money

I've been going for years, even with the new owners they are good at what they do. I like them so much I even bring other people to try them out. No complaints. I drop off my laundry come back when they are ready, take home and since they are pre-folded all I have to do is put them away.

I haven't been to many laundromats, but I can confidently say this will be the best one you can visit. The place is clean, machines are well maintained, and filled with supplies for your convenience. But what makes this place stand out is the staff (owner). They are so friendly and helpful. They literally helped me with my laundry from start to finish. They showed me how to use the machines, suggested how much detergent to use, and even gave me coins for my bills.hard to find that kind of customer service anywhere else. I will never go to a different laundromat. Oh, they also offer full service laundry by weight and dry cleaning.

My husband and I have been coming to this laundromat for years. We were sad to see the previous owners go as they were very sweet, kind and professional--but we are pleased to welcome the new owner who seems just as nice. The laundromat is as clean as it always has been and the owner was wearing a mask. Also, we're happy to see the table and chairs have returned (removed during pandemic because of social distancing requirements). This is a relief for hubby who uses a cane and cannot stand for long periods of time. Welcome to the neighborhood! We look forward to continuing to do business with you. ????

Some reviewers are right about one thing, the male owner is rather rude. Well, there is another laundry mart just across the street which charges cheaper than here. I’m not coming back.

Perfect place for LARGE LAUNDRIES. I would highly encourage to visit these hardworking owners whom try to yield the best conveniences to the customers. I also understand some negative comments below; yet, they also try to give advice to save your time efficiently. Just let them assist you. They are warm-hearted people and they will approach you friendly if you drop by next time.

My experience here was rather terrifying. I have a washing machine, but the week it broke down I went to this location because I was familiar with it. I had 2 baskets and I was only going to wash and take home to dry. I came prepared with my own change as I was only going to use 2 double loaders. Here's where it gets scary... The moment I walk in with my son the guy follows me to a machine and gets right into my space. My son and I found it odd so we moved to the next aisle. He proceeded to follow us there and again, stands right over top of us. I told him I don't need any help and I already have change. He says he wants to watch us. Not liking having someone invade my space I move to the next aisle again. This time he didn't follow but stood around the corner watching. I loaded one machine and started it and was about to load another. He then comes back and stands over us again! I said again, there is no need to stand over us. You're invading my space and I suggest back off. He starts screaming, "maybe you don't know how to use the machine!" I pointed to the other machine and said, "How could I not know when I already started this machine???" He screams again," you might break my machines!!" I laugh and say I know how to use a washing machine. As I start to put the quarters in he grabs the change from my hand and says,'this is how you do it!!!" My son was quite frightened as he saw that I started to raise my voice too. Then the wife comes over and starts apologizing. He then screams at his wife and assaults her!!! he pushes her against the dryer!! Yet she is still trying to apologize. I say I am waiting outside as i don't want this to escalate. I come back half an hour later and pick up my load and book it out. If you don't believe this review I suggest to try and go there with your own change. I bet he does the same thing.

Super friendly helpful staff! Always clean, & almost never any "out of order" machines. Decent prices and various laundry services. I have been going here since 2018 even when I have lived in the Sullivan area and I don't have a car. Lol. That's how great this place is!! I recommend this place to anyone in the area! Even if it's a little farther away from you than another laundromat you will not get better service anywhere else. I promise you that.

I've been coming here for over 6years and the owners were always amazing!!! Always went above and beyond for everyone. Super friendly always!! BUT for the past 3weeks it has gone down hill so fast it's sad. They have new owners and they are absolutely rude!!! I drive a far distance to go out of my way and always come here because the owners were the kindest And most sweetest people. I will now go out of my way to STAY away from this place. It's so sad. I always looked forward to going in and chatting with the owners. I will NOT come here ever again with these new owners.

These people go above and beyond. They provide an exceptional service. You take your laundry in and they wash it and fold it and have it ready for you at a great price. Recently I had to take something in to be rewashed and the gentleman re washed it free of charge. Thank you for your awesome service and I highly recommend going here. It feels great to support small business and this business definitely deserves support!!!

My experience here has been very pleasant. I recently moved to the area and my friend recommended this place. I did’t know how to change my bill to coins and use the machine. The guy who seemed to be the owner was nice and showed me the correct way. There was also a nice lady who seemed to be in charge of cleaning the place. This laundry was very clean! I highly recommend.

I found this laundromat on the way to Buy-Low Food as I moved to Surrey from Vancouver. It's bigger with more machines which are different from other laundromats. When I stepped in, the guy approached me to help. He was friendly and explained how to use the machines. As it's spacious, customers looked comfortable. Highly recommend this cozy laundromat.
