As a part time employee at Spin Cycle Laundry I can only attest that Nelson and his wife take pride in treating customers like family and are always swift to help. If something is not right with the equipment, they address the matter in a timely fashion. They treat me fair and with respect. We have developed a friendship and it is a pleasure to work there.

This place smelled moldy as soon as I walked in, and the machines here are old and dirty. Old machines can still work great, but they need to be cleaned regularly!

Several pieces of our laundry came out of the dryer with what looked like rust stains. When I called the attendant over he was on the phone and couldn't be bothered to end his conversation to discuss the issue. I showed him the stains on two pieces, explained that there was no way it came from my laundry. We went through each piece prior to loading them into the washer (it was whites, we had some stain treat to attend to) and nothing besides clothing came out as we folded. I called his attention to the issue so that he could fix it and prevent further damage to future customers belongings. I was disappointed with the lack of attention and service provided. He completely disregarded my concern and the damage his machine did to my belongings.

It's decent, washers work fine but the owner can be very rude. Half of the dryers "don't work" even though they clearly do he just wants to use them himself. If you need laundry done and this is the only place open then its fine, but I'd suggest going somewhere else.

Went in about 7:15pm just needed to dry some clothes. 30mins in a dryer would have been fine. Change machine was broken, most of the dryers had clothes inside but not turned on. Went to ask owner for change but he just said we close at 8. Didn’t give me a chance to say I only needed to dry. To top it all off the place looks a total mess. There are other options nearby, I’d recommend going anywhere else.

I've been laundering at this location for a few years now, and have always been happy with the experience - value, convenience, quality of machinery, etc., but really appreciate the added level of friendliness, kindness, and attention to detail Nelson and his lovely fam have brought to the Drive. Couldn't recommend 'em highly enough.

Super helpful guy working there, great area to shop, eat and drink whilst clothes spin. Prices are great. They have several double & triple load front-loading machines, which are the ones to use. Saves time, costs same, & washes more thoroughly & more gently than your typical top-loading machines. This place has lotsa those little guys, but try the front-loading ones. You won't switch back. And you can sit & watch them like they're weird alien television.

Awesome experience. Great services, great music and even some chairs to sit in while you wait. They also have an ATM on site with a reasonable fee incase you forgot cash. Definitely would recommend.

I called to confirm a laundry drop off at 515 today and was told to come in, when I got there the place was closed even though I was there on time and they are supposed to close at 6. Pretty frustrating and likely wont try to use that sevice again, had to carry my clothes to Williams. Generally a pretty good experience washing my own clothes, though there are usually some machines out of order. Workers there are very nice.

Lately the place looks really dirty and messy, like they havent sweep in a very long time, machines are dirty and i dont mind to clean it myself but dont have anything to do it, the lady is always on the phone ignoring costumers, the schedule is an scam, and the price is not exactly fair... hope they improve

Such great service from a family-run business. The husband and wife duo are amazing and have accommodated me numerous times when I've lost track of the hours of operation. They stayed open for me to finish up. They're very open to talking and getting to know their customers. I'm originally from Scotland and moved to Canada in September 2020. It's been difficult trying to meet people, especially in city that's known to be a little standoff-ish, but the family here have really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I see someone complaining, I have worked for these people, they work 12 hour's a day and the last owner never cleaned the whole place and the dryers are run off gasoline. Terse irritable vibe. The laundromat worked, the prices were fine, I had to wait a few minutes but not long. There was Wi-Fi. Just the guy who was running it mist have been having a terrible day. Didn't answer questions or say much of anything, had a grumpy tone to each interaction. Some of my laundry mysteriously ended up on the floor, maybe the drier door opened by itself but how often does that happen? Super loud vacuuming. It all felt passive aggressive. The laundromat is fine, just go with a thick skin and don't expect any pleasant attitude
