Spending a couple of days sight seeing in beautiful Kelona. Did not want to take the time washing clothes, so dropped our dirty laundry at Spin City. Our laundry was washed, dried and folded by the capable people at Spin City within a few hours at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommend their services!!! Thank you Spin City

Terrible experience. Went to use an upright instead of a front loader and was accosted by the female staff/owner. She made me remove my laundry and put into front loader. There was no line up and she tried to tell me the 4.00$ upright was smaller than the 3$ front loader. If that's the case then BUYER BEWARE. There was no reason a paying customer can't use whatever washer they want.Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone period.

Showed up at 5:10pm with a small bag of towels that only needed to be dried. They wouldn't even let me in. Why advertise that you're open until 6pm if you can't use your service until 6pm? In response to the owner: Sorry Mate but it was your place and it happened less than 2 hours ago. The door was locked at 5:10pm and nobody would even come over to ask what we wanted. If you advertise services until 6pm, don't lock your door and refuse people. Our dryer broke down and we needed the help, unfortunately we had to drive to a relatives house on the other side of town because your posted hours are not true.

Was up for a soccer tournament and had the whole team's gear to wash on a very tight timeline. After calling around town, the lads at Spin City gave the warmest of welcomes and seemed like the only ones interested in our business. I raced across town and the they we're ready for my arrival. I received a text when laundry was ready. The gear was wrapped up in a very tidy manner and the bill was quite reasonable. Great service from start to finish.

Was really disappointed the last time I went in there. The owner was fighting with a woman who worked there in front of all the customers. I'm assuming it was his wife and maybe the son working. Everyone was arguing and horribly rude. It was extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that I took my clothes out of the dryer soaking wet and left. Even before that, when I put in my small load of dryer items the woman working told me i couldn't put all my towels together that they needed to go in separate dryers...and I only had 2 towels. Definitely will not be going back. Anyone who thinks it's okay to fight with someone in front of their customers does not care about their customers. It's stressful enough, as well as expensive, having to deal with a laundromat. Keep your dirty laundry at home.

Very clean laundromat. The owners actually work here, so they have a vested interest in keeping the machines in great condition. The owners are very friendly. I use their bachelor service twice a month and have always had wonderful service. Their turn-around time is usually same day if I bring my laundry in early. I highly recommend this laundromat.

Went to Spin City today to wash a comforter my cat puked up on. Very large capacity machines available, clean, easy to use. Helpful staff, aswell, that are easy to flag down. 100% recommend. Having used other laundromats in kelowna that were just horrible in cleanliness and customer service, this was a breath of fresh air!

Great experience. I was new to the process and found it really easy to clean my comforter, with the help of an employee. When I returned, as an added bonus, my comforter was folded and ready to go. This “above and beyond” service was really refreshing and appreciated. Highly recommend; it was clean, user friendly and overall a great place.

Have been here a handful of times while visiting Kelowna. Highly recommend! It is clean and well-staffed. Easy to get the coins needed for the machines, plenty of baskets available, and I’ve never had a problem leaving to grab a coffee around the corner. In and out in just over an hour with 2 loads of clothing and a sleeping bag (approx $20). Bring your own detergent to keep costs down.

The staff at Spin City are very friendly. They take care of their customers. I especially like their service for pressing shirts. Their machines are all very well maintained and the facilities are kept very clean. There is always an attendant available and they have drop-off washing and folding services.

I would use this laundry facility again if I find myself in Kelowna. I'm in town as a stop on a road trip and so thankful I found this place. Very clean and safe laundromat. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are detergents available for sale. Both liquid and pods. (Great if you're just passing through or backpacking and don't have detergent on you). Also available are dryer sheets. Depending on the washer load is your cost. I used the Large washer which was $6/ load and took about 25 minutes. The dryers are the standard ones found in most laundromats. $0.25 / 4 minutes of dryer time - high, med and low settings. Looks like they do offer drop off/pick up services and drycleaning. ( I did not use these services.)

My experience at Spin City has been an overwhelmingly positive one. I am consistently impressed with how lovely the staff is and how wonderfully convenient the drop-off service is. Both George and Sian seem to find new ways of surprising me with their kindness and the quality and timeliness of their work. I really like the materials they use, too: they never irritate my skin and are very mildly fragrant which is perfect for me. Whether you are looking for a place to do your laundry or to have your laundry done, this is without hesitation my recommendation! Best laundromat in Kelowna!!!

***Reposting as this company continues to delete my review (case in point)***As someone who used to come here regularly but have no longer due to reoccuring incidents, last month when I was here the managment was yelling and arguing with an employee it was so unprofessional and made me so uncomfortable that myself and other people chose to leave because of it. Not the first time I have seen arguing happening with this male and it seems as though the manager has an extreme temper issue and clearly no regard to keeping heated "discussions" private. Since then I have not and will not return and would never reccommend anyone to go here. absolutely horrible

Best laundry service anywhere! Highly recommended! I use the magical drop-off service here all the time, and it is AMAZING!! For only $1 per pound (ironing is a bit extra, but worth it! I get compliments on the crispness of my uniform shirts all the time), I just dump all my clothes there, and pick it all up later that day. It is all clean and fresh-smelling and folded! Incredible! Wonderful! Same price as sitting around doing it yourself, so why not go for coffee or horse around with your kids instead? Collin and Sian and the staff here really are incredibly helpful, and their focus on customer service is clear. They never make promises they can't keep, and they all do an outstanding job. This is a wonderful business which I am proud to support, and will continue to even after I move to another, more distant part of town. Just ignore that one stupid review. It was written by a guy who was caught allegedly stealing someone's backpack.

My 2 month old daughter was admitted to the hospital for about a month I needed laundry done as I didn't want to leave my daughter to do it so I called them explained what was going on and she told me to drop it off right away so my husband did and hour and a half later I got a text it was done so fast !! I get the laundry and start unpacking only to find a best wishes and get well card for my daughter !! They don't even know I started to cry it was so nice I definitely recommend this place!! I will be using them again and it was decently priced!! Very happy with them
