Excellent customer service and lots of machine sizes available. The place is very busy on the weekends and parking is not available close to the laundromat. So try weekdays. Also there is free wifi available.

This is the second time they have shrunk my garment. I brought in a wool sweater a few years ago and they shrunk it while dry cleaning. Feel like a dummy for going back recently, but when I tried on my very expensive wool jacket I brought in once I got home, once again, shrunk and unwearble. Do not bring your garments here for dry cleaning.

I have used this Laundromat a few times and very happy with the service. Very happy that finally there is now a Laundromat on the Queensborough where I can take all my large items that can't fit into a small washer/dryer. The owner's are very helpful and friendly. The machines are clean and well maintained. The only thing I wish that the stayed open later :)

Drop off some clothes for dry cleaning and everything came back 2 sizes smaller. Washed in a washing machine, dried in the dryer and pressed. Never go here for dry cleaning!

The reason I like it so much is because they have a SUPER large "6 load" machine there. I can now wash my large sleeping bag. Thank god. Parking is a bit tough however. As in.. They have none. But I park around the corner on the street and wheel one of their carts to my car to pick up my laundry and bring it in that way. The people that own it are very nice too.

Owners are very nice people...has private mail service with parcel pick up for the Snowbird or Van Lifer. I highly recommend!!! Centrally located in the Greater Lower Mainland with a large selection of mechines for your laundry as well. Two ????????

The place is very clean. Everything is neat and tidy. Staff are friendly. They also offer a free wash after 15 visits (I think its 15). I was given a stamp card when I asked. And their hours are great. The only downside is parking. Not alot of it. Should have parking specifically for the laundry only.

NEVER BRING DRY CLEANING HERE!!! I live in the area and decided to support local. I brought in a suit with a stain on it. Guy behind counter said they could clean it, did not mark the stain. When I got it back, stain still there and same guy changes his story saying he told me they may not be able to. Also WORST PRESSING JOB EVER. Had to rear on everything so it did not look like I slept in it. Take your dry cleaning to New West Cleaners on Columbia. Honest and good at what they do.
