My entire wordrobe was taken in to be sorted then professional laundered , paying attention to the material and labels. Several items were also dryclean only. I was in disbelief when I opened the first 2 containers of clothing ... followed by upset and tears. They took everything including delicates, $700. silk blouses, dry clean only items, and even tea shirts and destroyed thousands of dollars in clothing. expensive european brand clothing. Expensive knee length $350 New Dress that I had washed a couple time (cool wash & hang to dry) as it was new. Well she turn knee length dresses into shrunken mini skirt lengths. The only way this could have happened is if she put everything in an extremely hot washer & Drier. I guess washing and drying in the fastes way posible was her goal with no regard to labels and cleaning guidelines. I am in shock that any buisness owner could do this and not give a dam. After distroying a large part of my wardrobe she even had other peoples laundry mixed with mine. So sloppy, I wonder how many of my items she gave to other people??? This place may be good to take your personal clothing as long as you are doing your own washing & Drying. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING FOR CLEANING is its worth more than $1. This woman is a professional clothing destroyer!! Now the hassle of a big insurance claim. I would not trust her with anything other than a bag of rags. I would have given this company a minus 10 star if it was an option. I am still in shock and cannot believe how anyone could be so ignorant.

A nice laundromat with self serve and laundry service. The building was clean and pleasant and the staff were very helpful and kind. The machines take quarters and work quickly. ????

Even better they were less expensive and faster than Penticton. They are so friendly too. So grateful to have this service here in Oliver.
