Not the largest, but functionally good! It has good washing machines, and a full load of laundry takes less than an hour. The prices are cheap (about $2-ish per machine use), and though you need quarters for the dryers, the employees have change for days. There is WiFi with Shaw, but for the rest of us, they have separate WiFi with a password, as long as you ask for it. During my time there, the employees were VERY helpful. The other patrons were from all walks of life, but all were kind and respectful. There wasn't a lot of room to sit by the machines, but there IS a couch to sit on to the side. It wasn't a bad time there at all! Come on down and make your clothes not stink! :D

Excellent service. I showed up with four loads of laundry and found I was out of cash and coins. They were kind enough let me start all four loads while I went out to get some cash and coins. Very clean and well kept facility with a number of comfortable chairs just sit in while you wait. I give them top marks for hospitality and service.

My new favourite place to do laundry! This was my first time trying the place and I will be back - it was a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. As far as a laundry mat goes, it's pretty clean in there. And free Wi-Fi is a nice option. There are a few parking spaces out front (shared with other businesses) and street parking. You are 2 minutes away from Metrotown. Hours of operation are: 7 days a week from 8:30am to 8pm. Drop off service is 10am to 8pm - 7 days a week. They have to mega washers (perfect for large quilts, duvets and 2 pillows max) price is $6 a load. They have two mega washers (perfect for large quilts, duvets and 2 pillows max) price is $6.50 a load. Regular washers are $2.25 a load. 4 mega dryers and lots of regular sized dryers. I found 25 mins was long enough to dry my heavy duvets. They have a drop off service (which I have not tried). For a Saturday morning there were a few people doing laundry - not too busy. The gentleman on staff and another customer were super friendly and really helpful in getting my stuff in and out of the store, into the car and machine advice.

Just moved to Burnaby from Surrey. Tried out different Coin Laundry in the area, this place is by far my favorite. Cheaper than other places, friendly staff and nice lounge area.

Its pretty good. My regular laundry station. Some of the dryers are always not working and they do alot of commercial laundries as well. So, it always pretty busy. Also the machines are older so don't expect new machines.

This place is friendly and good owners. They recently put in an ATM machine so if you are in a hurry and don't stop at the bank for cash...you can get cash there...but don't complain about the charge on the ATM. if you forgot to get cash at the bank... this is here for your convenience. They have drinks and snacks there too. Happy washing :D

Talk about amazing customer service! I frantically came by here last minute after my dryer broke down at home, and the lady (who I'm assuming is the owner) told me without any hesitation, that I needn't worry about the closing time and she'd more than okay with me drying my sopping wet bedding. Very rare to find people who are this understanding and compassionate. I would definitely come back here again ????

Words can’t begin to describe how grateful I am. My mom broke her pelvis recently and I got behind on laundry. I’m a single mother and it’s hard to keep up under the best of circumstances. In the chaos, I decided to round our laundry up and take it for transfer and fold service. I left $361 in a pocket and received it back in full as well as perfectly folded laundry for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this laundry. Very kind owners.

We started taking our clothing to King Koin for drop off laundry service after another provider lost pieces of our clothing on several occasions. Since, and for over a year, we have had an amazing experience here. We drop off our laundry and arrange to pick it up the next day. At times we request our personal detergent be used and it is never a problem. We separate our laundry into dry and hang dry and it is always done accurately. Unlike previous experiences, with other providers, there is never any untoward smell, such as cigarette smoke, on the clothes. And importantly, nothing is ever missing. In addition, the service is very personable. The owners are very nice and when required, we are able to text with questions or concerns. One thing we've really appreciated, which is super niche, is the way they fold our socks and underwear, as demonstrated in the picture. It really helps with storing them when we get them home to our drawers. If you are looking for a drop off laundry service, I highly recommend this company!

Conveniently located near metropolis metrotown mall, dry-cleaners next door and a modern industrial cafe right across. Plenty of washers and dryers of all sizes with excellent service quality. I didn't need to spend a whole lot for me to appreciate the attentiveness of the store clerk to ask for change or available washer.

Been here a few times, went to a few other places. We had to come back to this one. The place is clean, staff is friendly willing to give guidance. They don't try to rip you off, want you to make the most out of your trip and make it easy for you to do your laundry. They have spacious folding tables, places to sit and wait while your laundry is being done, plenty of washers and dryers for all load types. Enough room to allow you to follow guidelines for distancing. I would recommend this place if your looking for an easy going comfortable location to do your laundry.

A pretty good laundrymat run by a good Filipino family, they are very friendly and helpful, recently they had to change the hours during the long weekend Sunday, they used to open from 8 am - 8 pm, now unfournatly they only open from 8 am- 4 pm due to low customer turn out, which is understandable. They tell you the prices and help you load up the machines for you if your having difficulty. Sometimes if you left clothing behind they usually are quick to help you out so you don't lose your socks or other article of clothing. They also offer advice on whether the stain on your clothing can be removed or if your going to have to get a new one. So far all in all my experience here has been very pleasant for the past 4-5 years I've been coming here . I recommend anybody in the neighborhood that needs laundry service done to come here.

It used to be my favorite place, but the past year it's gone down hill. It's always super dirty, Dusty, and often smells horrible. My friend quit going there as well because he said it smelt fishy all the time. If you accidently drop a sock on the floor you might as well re-wash it because it will be covered in dirt and dust. People are friendly but it's not worth it anymore. Prices are also more expensive than others I've been too, and for half the size of washer.
