Dropped off laundry, pick up time came the next day and it wasn't ready. Brought it home and found laundry missing. Called them for many days to inquire about missing clothes and no answer. I'm going into the store today to look for missing laundry, and not impressed!

Note: this is a just a review on the dry cleaning services. I have not used their laundry service which looks busy. I did a bunch of dry cleaning as the location was convenient. Lots of issues. Service when dropping off was below average, asked her about pricing and she could not answer any of my questions, it was not ready when we picked up and they had no idea about our order. Came back 2 weeks later and it was ready. ..pricy and average quality cleaning.

Service was quick and price is reasonable. I did the no rush drop off service and I picked it up later in the day since they weren't busy. The staff were very nice and friendly. My clothes were nicely pressed and clean. Definitely coming back here. They also have a pick up service which isn't so bad so I'll give it a try next time.

Get Fresh Laundry has been able to accomodate my schedule and is willing to make alterations to our schedule arrangement when I need to. All of the staff I have encountered have been consistent, competent and knowledgeable in their field and have not let me down in all these years. Their prices are very affordable compared to the rest of the city's laundry businesses considering they pick up dirty laundry, wash, dry, fold, and re-deliver clean laundry back to you. I got prompt friendly replies when email the business, the driver Jean, is wonderful to work with. The product were really well cleaned for a reasonable price. Any customer service issues at the laundromat in person were seen to promptly with professional by Jean and the manager as well. AWESOME l. Going back here for sure!

I hate laundromats, but what's offered here make it almost more convenient to use. This place is amazing! The lady is awesome and so nice and helpful, there's a cash machine and change machine, free Wi-Fi, daily deals. And you can get your clothing laundered by dropping it off on Thursdays for about the same price as doing it yourself. That, along with everything else offered impressed me. Would totally recommend. I may not have problems with laundromats any longer. Also yes the washing is more expensive, but the drying is more efficient and $1 a spin. So overall it's probably about the same as most other places when you cost it out. The auxiliary services are more than worth the extra quarter you might spend.

I've been coming here for 12 years now, and the experience has gotten terrible. The laundromat is regularly closed without new hours postings or updates on the door. Half the machines are down at a given time. Mask rules are not enforced. When you use a dryer, you're gambling on whether it will actually produce heat. I wish there was another local option in the area. We rely on laundromats as an essential service, and it's time for a competitor who takes the community seriously to move in.

I visited this place with my husband Mike on our trip to Vancouver. It was on Kingsway and close to the motel which was important for us. The Staff were very friendly and even though it was a tad expensive it was worth every cent.

Large washing and drying machines make for an efficient place for doing large loads of laundry. Not too busy, clean with access to a washroom and a massage chair, and they have free laundry detergent days on Wednesdays :)

Worst full service laundry service I have ever gone to. Asked to have my tops hung on hangers after they come out of dryer as I did not want them folded and getting wrinkled, when I went to pick them up they took them off the hangers !!! There may have been 6 hangers and they did not want to give them to me. ???? never go back there. And they charge a lot !!!

I'm used to go to My Beautiful Coin laundry where it's busy but inexpensive. Due to parking, I've had to find another place to do laundry. I came here and it was surprising not busy at all for a Sunday. I can clean two loads at my last place for $8-$10 but this place cost me $20. The benches are crap and it's freezing cold. Definitely not coming back!

I was referred to Get Fresh Laundry when I arrived in Vancouver 4 years ago and I am so happy that I found them! My laundry is picked up promptly on Tuesdays, returned fresh and folded on Wednesday. They are very responsive to any questions that I may have and are flexible if I have a schedule change. I am very happy with the way my clothes look and feel after washing. Highly recommend!

Visited this laundromat today. There are signs saying masks are to be worn at all times yet the rules were not enforced. I noticed the two workers were not wearing masks which made me feel very uneasy… makes me not want to come back.

We use Get Fresh Laundry exclusively to pick up, clean and deliver the laundry for an 84-year-old senior living in an independent living facility. He has laundry services in his building but he prefers to use Get Fresh Laundry because everything comes back so nicely folded and smelling fresh, all in same-day delivery. This company is fabulous. They offer a pick up and drop off service which really helped my family. Lin is great. The clothes came back beautiful and looked dry cleaned. They also used an eco friendly detergent for baby. I will continue to use them!

New staff sucks they do not know customer service. I been doing laundry there from long time but never have problem but in last couple of month I really received bad service ride staff. I put 9 dollars in 6 dollars machine but the staff have me 2 back and told me that now you have to pay 1 dollar extra for hor water.

I like this place but I wish it wasnt so darn cold all the time. I sit there on the bench waiting for my wash or dryer freezing and shivering even with my coat on. Think im going to go find a nice warm place that dont keep the back door open all the time.

I used their online booking service and received an email stating they would get back to me within 4 hours to confirm my laundry pick up time. I also called and left a message asking for someone to call me; this was my first time using their service and I had a couple questions. -next day no reply-so I called again to confirm and ask questions-left another message requesting they call-no reply. This was also the day I had booked the pick up for- no pick up, no reply. Next day- called and left yet another voicemail, no reply. I have now removed my credit card information from their square space ( I gave at time of online booking and received an email confirming the receipt). Was hoping to have clean clothes by now. Very disappointed.
