They have roughly 14 washing machines and 16 dryers. Clean location, free WiFi & the staff are friendly best times to go are non peak days. Mornings work best.

Amazing experience.... Quite contrary to the desolate depressing space a laundry is destined to be... This place has current magazines - McLeans, National Geographic, etc.. which the owner encourages to take as they replenish with new ones constantly. They spread the message of sharing. I love the big huge money plant they have... They also have mailboxes which is an awesome thing for people like me who rent and move from place to place every so often. This way your mail never gets lost. Not to mention the free Wifi - Thanks. Suggestions: 1. Have your TV channel set at something more soothing. 2. Maybe a desk or two to work on while we do laundry.

The owner lady is really rude, she don’t know how to talk to clients. She get in argument with me on using machine without asking her. I left laundry even without doing drying my clothes. I am talking about the slim lady at reception.

It was local, cheap. I washed here for awhile without issue. But some of my clothes got stained and or wrecked. My clothes and bedding made my skin crawl/itch when i wore it and slept in it. It might have been the new detergent i used. If you pick the cold setting, the water that enters the washer is still cloudy. How is that even possible?

I go there mostly in the evenings over the weekend and really love the place. The attendant is very friendly and helpful. The laundry is always clean and well organized. I saw her cleaning the whole space at least twice when I am there. I would really want to give 5 stars to this as I am coming here since 2 years and always welcomed with a smile and pleasant environment.

The mashines don't run long enough and don't use enough water it's a mess. People wash their work coveralls here my laundry was all stained with oil stains. Most dryers don't work at all or don't work hot enough. Like many said avoid this place it's a mess. If you like stained laundry here you go.

I had to get my husband to come back the next day to come grab our laundry as I had work. The older lady who works there is very rude and tries to push you out the door. She starts cleaning and packing up an hour before and tells people they can't do any more loads. This kind of rudeness and lack of customer service is not fair for the people who live in this area and have no where else to go. Some people don't even drive so they are stuck coming here. Luckily I can drive go somewhere else. No need to give them my business!

Loved the place! Very clean, free wifi, great service and a nice decor. They have a cash register from what it seems like from the 1800's - just shows the atmosphere the laundromat is creating to make your time there more enjoyable. Also enjoyed the national geographic magazines.

I am extremely disappointed, staff there is very rude and she argued me that why I didn't ask her before using dryer. More than half of customers there agreed with me that the owner don't have sense to talk to customers. Very disrespectful, I will not go there again.

I found the place to be clean and quiet. But a had forgotten my hangers at home, they were nice enough that day to give me a few, she said she only had the two, so I thanked her. I came back the next day with a few dozen extra hangers I had, thinking they may appreciate the gesture and find them handy for other customers. I was turned away like trash, rudely and abruptly by a different person saying we don't want your hangers. She looked at me like I was a scumbag and I felt terribly offended. There are more gracious ways of turning down someones charity. They won't be getting my money anymore. I will find some other place nearby.

DROP OFF SERVICE 100s $ of ruined damaged clothes and bedding! Clothes were crispy, stiff, shrunk, too high heat was used.bedding was melted, and full of lint balls! Items cam back stained permanently. I will not go back, I will not recommend. I paid the company to ruin my clothes! Seriously considering small claims!

The attendant was very nice and helpful. We brought a 121L Rubbermaid bin filled with clothes and towels so we used the maximum load washer. It cost $5.75 to wash, $3 to dry (the cheapest we have found for a large load). The place is clean, the attendant was sweeping and cleaning while we waited. We will definitely return!

I have been going to the "CHUTE" for nearly 2 years now. I LOVE this place, Ravi and her husband Virk are the kindest, nicest people. It is very Clean and never too busy (I go during the weekdays), if you lead a hectic life like I do, and have many things to do while your clothes are washing, you can put your wash in and for a nominal fee they will transfer it to a dryer so when you get back your wash is done. Or IF you are super BUSY they will Do it for you wash, dry and get this . . . fold it, all for a very reasonable fee or better yet stay and do it yourself. They have WIFI, TV, soda machine and comfy chairs Cathy

I went there this afternoon and it was HORRIBLE. The women working was bluntly rude and so RACIST. I have never had such a terrible experience. It's truly beyond me how someone can treat others this way. I'm still in shock of my experience. I will never go there again. For anyone that is looking for a laundry, avoid this place at all cost. Not a competitor! Just another customer you lost due to your professionalism.

The baddest customer service i have ever seen in this laundry ....the lady at the front desk is really rude .....she have no sense to talk to the costomers .......they are trying to cover their rudeness under the covid rules and regulations.....but there are other laundries too which follow these rules but they are treat their costomer very well

I went there at 7pm today ( i.e 15th october 2016). Laundry infrastructure is good, but the customer service is VERY POOR. The receptionist was very very Rude and Arrogant. she was in rush. I told her that its my first time at public laundry, but she didnt even care to come and explain me how to operate these machines, instead she brought $10 change without my permission and start putting those coins in the machine and says, " I WONT STAY HERE AFTER 8PM. YOU NEED TO HURRY UP." First I thought probably this is how they work. But when I asked her question about Dryer she said, " IF YOU HAVE ANYMORE QUESTIONS JUST ASK ME NOW, CAUSE I AM DOING AUDIT HERE." I felt offended by her words. Most disgusting part is when I approached her to talk about her behavior she started arguing with me and my husband. She said, " DO WHATEVER YOU WANNA DO I WILL SPEAK AS I WANT''. She insulted me and my husband. I never met such kinda rude arrogant and nonsense receptionist in my life. Her English is really poor. She was on the phone whole time. If anybody knows this business owner's number, I humbly request you to let me know. I liked this Laundry. Its clean and has WiFi too exactly as I read reviews on this site. But I strongly feel that they need to teach her some COMMUNICATION SKILLS and A BIT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. This place deserves 5 stars but only and only because of her I gave 1 star. I feel sorry for this business owner.
