The place opened at 7, I was there as were a few other people shortly after open. The problem was that the coin changer was not working in a coin operated laundromat. I called for service they said someone would be there around 9. I was supposed to either wait around or “go to McDonalds” for change. I went to another laundromat instead I used this place before it was ok but make sure you have your own change as they may not care to help you

Easy Kleen is right. I bring my laundry here and stuff it in one of the large washers. 39 minutes later, and hey presto. Clean clothes. There is a change machine, soap dispenser, and a pop machine along with a table and lots of seating. And free wifi. All you need for a couple hours of cleaning. Large washers are 8$ and fit about 3 loads of clothes, medium are 5$, and small ones around 2.50$ Dryers are 0.25$ for 4 minutes. Best part of this laundromat is the fact they're open till 11pm. No other laundromat in the LML is open that late. Lots of parking in the back so you can go pop your clothes in and have a nap whilst waiting.

Update: Reduced rating to 2 stars bcz soda machine is broken & is out of beverages. They never fix the coin return button therefore people are just loosing money. Clean, equipment is mostly new & in great working condition. They have change & detergent etc dispensers along with soda vending machine. Parking is also adequate.

I have not had a more disappointing or unprofessional experience with dry cleaning, which, judging by my previous experiences with other local dry cleaners, should have been quite straight forward. Drop-off Experience: The drop off experience was very deceiving. I sent a Moose Knuckles winter bomber jacket to be dry cleaned at this location. The jacket was extremely new, purchased in late December 2020 and received on January 2021, and was dirty due to me wearing it everyday while riding my moped. This place does not accept cash, and offers "pay on pickup". I did not have cash on me at the time, so I chose the pay on pickup option and was given a handwritten pickup notice. The owner was all nice and smiley, noticed how dirty my jacket was and said she will try to clean it to the best of her ability. I figured, the reviews on this place is pretty good, she seems like a friendly person, I will entrust her in cleaning the jacket that I, being a college student, had worked hard to save up for. Pick-up Experience: After a week, I arrived at the place to pick it up. The jacket was far from clean, had white powdery stains on it which it previously did not have, and not all previous dirt and stains have been removed. There was a small hole in the back of the jacket, which appeared to be the result of some abrasive material brushing against it. One of the sleeve cuffs also has a hole on it. My jacket was red, and some red appeared to be faded. By the time of drop off, the jacket had been barely four months old. I brought the jacket to the owner to discuss what had been done to the jacket. The owner refused to admit any wrong, blamed it all on me for making the jacket dirty, and said all the holes on the jacket were there to begin with. She showed me pictures which indicated previous stains on the jacket , but none of these pictures showed any holes that existed on the jacket. I told her that this jacket had only been four months old, to which she claimed not to believe. I had the purchase receipt of the jacket on my phone and offered to show it to her. She kept yelling at me "I don't care, you made your jacket so dirty." I did not wish to anger her further. I told her that this jacket comes with a lifetime warranty and that she needed to provide me with a service receipt, as I just paid her minutes ago, in order to send my jacket back to the factory to repair the holes (Moose Knuckles requires jackets to be dry-cleaned before any claims can be processed). She refused to provide one, said she gave it to me at drop-off. That was a pickup notice, not a receipt. Did not have any purchase date, payment information or tax calculation on there. And I didn't even pay her at the time she gave me the notice she claimed to be a "receipt". Refused to issue new receipt so I could even repair the damages she had done. Just rudely dismissed me with my newly damaged jacket, claimed it was all my fault and that I should go back to my house and look for the "receipt".

Pretty efficient getting laundry done. Coin machine had issues as it ate my $20. Owner was very quick to respond and issued a refund immediately. Did manage to find a condom on the floor so I guess people got bored waiting.. ????

I went to wash a blanket. I put $8 in the machine but it didn’t start. There was no button to push or other way to get the money back. I called the owner. She asked me to do a few steps and said to put more money in. I asked the money back. She refused and accused me of doing something wrong with the machine. She screamed on the phone didn’t come. I paid $16 Instead of $8. I won’t be back.

A good laundromat with pretty old machines. The biggest advantage is that they are open from 7 am to 11 PM. Most others close at 7. But this is such a relief. They have got new dryers but the washing machines are all outdated. This doesn't affect the quality though. There's an automatic coin dispenser and soap dispenser so you can get things done without staff. I recommend it.

Haven't had to do laundry in a laundromat for a while and it was an eye-opening experience to say the least. People I know in the area said prices were good which was true but it sure attracts an interesting sort of clientele. Almost as good a place to go people watching as it is to wash clothes.

Very clean and well kept up. They have sale days during the week when certain washers are cheaper. If you go all the time this is definitely one of the best places to go. But if you're only planning to use it once, be warned that the way it works is you have to put money on a card that is dispensed by their machine (sort of like an arcade), and if you don't use up the money it's just too bad. So bring one dollar bills so you can add money as needed. If you are a regular though, they give you a discount if you put 40 dollars on the card at a time.
