(Guy miscommunication his prices, and flips out at me with anger when I tell him he overcharged me. Even after it was clearly his fault I still gave him extra money for the trouble.) That being said, he did a really good job at folding the laundry. Too bad his attitude was appalling.
My machine was out of service so I looked up the nearest laundry place. I found this one had 4 stars so I went here. I went in and the guy said it was drop-off laundry so I quoted the price of one load and told him I had washing liquid and dryer sheets. He said don't worry about it. I brought in my basket about 75% full and said "Just one load of laundry 6.50" (which fits fine in my apt washer and dryer) The guy said okay and asked me when I would like to pick-up. I said in less than 3.5 hours. He said fine. I come back in 2 hours and the guys tried to charge me 15 dollars for two loads of laundry. I said no way, it wasn't my intention to do two loads and I only needed a few things done. So he starts telling me the prices of him doing the laundry we negotiate and I figure I'll give the guy 8 dollars because we had a misunderstanding. The guy agrees and slams his hands on the washer next to me and storms around. (Wasn't sure if I'd have to charge the guy with assault or not today, behaving like a child and slamming his hands near me trying to intimidate me.) I leave to go get cash and come back and he explains how sorry he was. I told him he should be careful how he runs his business or he might be charged with assault acting like that. If the guy wants my opinion on cost efficiency. Spend the extra money and get new machines that have better capacity and cost efficiency, then keep the prices relatively the same.
