I went to this laundry mat to get my laundry done as my dryer at home had broke and had a lot of laundry to do for my large family. I was humiliated in front of the other customers there by the 2 ladies working their or the owners who knows that I was taking up all the machines. The minute I walked in the door I was humiliated and embarrassed. I stepped outside while my clothes were washing because of COVID and walked back into the laundry mat to find this lady removing my clothes from the machine that had probably been sitting there for a minute or two. I was treated horribly the minute I walked in and have never experienced anything like this while at a laundry mat. I guess they make more money when they do laundry for the customers as she had to turn down laundry service because the lady was taking up all the machines, the lady being me… humiliating. never will I ever step foot into this place ever again horrible experience !

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Excellent machines and a Tim Hortons in the parking lot for tea and wifi makes doing laundry a much better experience. I go to this one exclusively no matter where I live in town.

I only came here because my regular laundry place was closed due to a family wedding... and this place charges $1.50 more for their large machines making it $6.50 for one load (my regular place is $5..00 large load) and their dryers may be good pricing at .25 for almost 6 min. But after 40 min on med my clothes were not dry. 11 min on high and I still needed to put another .25 in..... my blankets - split into two dryers took over an hour to dry..... not happy and will NOT be returning!

Thru a time where we are supposed to be practicing distance this place had no such thing in place. I was doing laundry because my laundromat is closed and at one point there was so many people around me I had to leave if my clothes wasnt in the washer i would of never used it. The owners also dont wipe down their carts or machines is very concerning that they are so careless about the health and safety of the people using their services.

Terrible I agree with everyone with the cost of drying cloths here lil costly after 50 mins still not dry plus I too only went there due fact of my regular laundry Matt I go to is closed. Not only that the lady who works in the front does not practice safe distancing she all over you thinking she helping but Sorry really she is not she only in the way!! I get it... it’s the lady’s job but After I told her thanks I be fine she still assisted hovering over me and my daughter I guess she thinking she helping which is nice I did tell her thanks twice but I don’t like people Hovering over me during this Pandemic. Again it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to add coins to a machine. Not only that she was arguing with Customer when I was there as well not nice she not good at fixing the problems here why argue with customers especially during A pandemic she needs stop smoking looking at her phone all start cleaning sorry will not be returning.
