I was looking for a maid service when I was about to go into surgery. My neighbour, 2 doors down, who is very particular about her place, had dealt with Town’n Country and highly recommended them. I decided to give them a try and quickly signed on as a regular customer. The business model of 3 maids showing up at once means that in one hour, my entire house is spit spot clean. All the cleaners work hard, efficiently and are responsive to special requests. I will continue using this service even after I recover, my house is cleaner than I ever was able to get it.

Janine and her team helped clean up a home I was moving into. This home was left in shambles by the previous owners... Dog hair, debris, grime, you name it... Thanks to their attention to detail and hard work, I couldn't believe how clean the house was when they were finished. I greatly appreciate the effort, and hope to one day have you come on a regular basis for scheduled cleanings. Thank you!

I was in a car accident and i need help around the house. I have been a client here for more than 6 months and I’m absolutely shocked at the great service they provide. I have many recovery related appointments that I need to attend and there hasn’t been one single instance where the staff was unable to accommodate the scheduling. My scheduler is Janine. She is super professional and she sincerely cares. When they were short staffed once, Janine came in herself with the girls. If this isn’t going above and beyond, what is? As for the cleaning girls...I’ve always had a cleaning routine and I’ve ALWAYS been of the mentality that no one can clean my house as well and as thoroughly as I do it. However, the girls have proven me wrong. They are absolutely fantastic! They go above and beyond each time. Since the accident, I’ve had to use many different types of services from cleaning to various therapy related services and I can compare this company to no other. Janine finds a solution no matter what the scheduling conflict! I’ve never met a group of people who collectively show genuine care, compassion and understanding for their client’s situation. Absolutely the bestest!

Our cleaners are very efficient, friendly and conscientious. They are always amenable to any reasonable suggestion. They let us know whenever supplies need to be replenished. I didn't note "punctuality" because we have a fairly broad time frame for their arrival. I would gladly recommend them to other home owners.

The first time I had town and country clean my house i was so impressed! My hardwood floors looked amazing. I had them come back a second time and the state of my hardwood floors were terrible. They were dull, filmy and dirty looking. I had 30 people over that night and I was embarrassed and apologized for how they looked. I called and asked what they did to the floors and they said they cleaned them with vinegar and water. I called a professional flooring company and they said you should never clean them with vinegar. I cleaned and shined up a spot and took a picture and sent it to the manager. She said that they would come out and redo the floors free of charge and that was a year ago and never heard back from again. I would have gladly used their service again if they has uphold their promise and exhibit good customer service

They sent 3 people to clean our daughter’s new home. They spent two hours cleaning and charged almost $300 and the light fixtures, blinds, walls, etc are still very dirty. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Lovely people and very friendly staff. Used this service for about a year on a monthly bases. Started off very strong (baseboards cleaned, washrooms sparkling, floors looked amazing) however over the last few months we've noticed a big decline in attention to detail and overall cleanliness.
