I am posting 1 week after but I just had to give a review! My daughter had to have her Prom dress altered after it coming in the mail 2 weeks late! We had 4 days to fix the disaster that the dress came in. STITCH IT did it! I will bring all my alteration needs here 1000%! We were so happy we must have hugged the poor women 100 times and we cried. She made the dress perfect! Thank you so very much xo

Stitch it does a lot more then just clothing. My mother-in-law has rentals all over Brantford and she brings all her curtains to stitch it. Not only that, my mother-in-law had a BEAUTIFUL cushion made by Nasrin (manager at stitch it) she did a beautiful job! Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of it.. BUT! I got one made BECAUSE of how well done and beautiful it was. I do not have a creative bone in my body so I brought all my material to Nasrin, and BAM! Beautiful cushion for my antique chest we are using as a bench! Thank you so much!

I purchased two summer dresses that had long think same material belts that you just tie and they hang down. I asked Nasrin if she could double the belt and attach it to the dress like a wide belt . It came out awesome and looks like a completely different very fashionable dress.

Wonderful staff, I’ve brought the manager likely 35-50 pants + shirts + sports coats over the past 8 years and she had always NAILED IT. This is not an easy trade folks, to those that think it was ‘too expensive’ and decided to rate them as 1 Star, please go ahead and buy yourself the several thousand dollar machine they have on site, train yourself to do what they do then put a price on your time. Enjoy. Nowhere else in Brantford would do what they do here for the price.

Needed some pants hemmed day before a wedding. Cost was 12.60$ to be done by 17:00, 14.50$ to have it done within the hour (and it was done in about 20 minutes). Great experience, excellent price for what I needed.

I went here to have jeans taken in, upon arrival the lady said that I could not have them taken in from he inside hem as it was, "not possible" so I let her take them in from the outside against my better judgment and sure enough upon my return they still needed to be taken in more but FROM THE INSIDE, but this time a different lady said, "oh sure we can do that but it'll be another $20 because its different then what we did before". Well if you had just done what I wanted in the first place, I would still have a $20 bill in my pocket.

Amazing experience as always! They always have fair prices and always done on time if not ahead of schedule. On Saturday Dec 1, 2018 the woman working at the store was incredible, there was a very rude man that came in swearing and throwing receipts around because his order wasn't ready at 2pm for his 4pm pickup. The same man stormed off and repeated the same behavior today when requesting money back, this happened as I was arriving to pickup my jacket (ahead of schedule I may add). End of story, this place is amazing and very polite, even when people treat them horribly they show nothing but respect back to them. 5 star business.
