Visited so that we could give our stinky dog a bath at the dog wash after he rolled in a dead fish at the beach. The pet wash made it easy to keep him still while we washed him and we were pleased to see that there was a disinfectant wash at the ready for us to use.

Stopped in Saturday morning for a wash and someone messed up with the dye added to the soap. I'm covered and stained blue. I shouldn't have ended up dirtier then when I arrived. Truck is clean but my clothes are ruined and having to scrub my skin raw to get the blue dye off.

Love the do it yourself pet wash! Has pull out ramps to get your dog to walk on up so there's no need to lift your wet dog.

Had fun here with my little guy showing him the finer points of washing a car. (Read: spending loonies so he can spray the pressure washer). For the 6ish bucks of coffee change i spent we had a fun time and got a nice shiny car. Worth it? Absolutely.

Clean self wash center. It also has a water filling station to refill your water bottles. There is also a dog wash area but it is a little expensive

I go here all the time. There is a shocker when you see the charge for 25.00 on your credit card but that goes away a couple of days later and goes back to what you used. In my case that is usually 4.00. The bays are always clean and the water is hotter than most places. Best place in town for a do it yourself wash.

Not sure what's going on with this place. Caps for water jugs have run out, sold out sign? on the water machine and there's no one ever around. Not to mention the place could really use a wipe down. I've been going to this place since I was little and now frequently for water and car washes but it's just not the same. Hope to see improvement soon.

I hate giving less than 5 stars, however this is the second visit and there was no soap in the line, the wash brushes where flat and you get less than 4 minutes wash time for 4 bucks! The only benefit was that the water was hot.

I would give galaxy 5 stars except for the fact that the timer doesn't actually count down based on a real clock, the timer runs faster than an actual clock and so therefore you get less time than you're lead to believe you're getting. This one thing aside, pretty decent coinwash, needs an interac tap option as well.

I used the petwash. It would be great for small dogs but I have a German Rottweiler. In order to properly shampoo her you are wasting money as the time goes by doing so, same with conditioner. I had to run to the change machine for a second time which wasn't accepting any bill I put in which made me run out of time completely. Luckily there was a man outside who had change. Due to the fact I already spent $40 I wasn't even able to dry her properly so I had to take her home and use my blow dryer. As I said great for a small dog but for a big dog you are better off taking them to a groomer!

There was some agressive from the owners of the waiting cars for their turns. Instead of just waiting for the bay in front of them to be available, there was a first come first served thing going on. But the cost and effectiveness was fine. People ruin it.

A clean and well-maintained facility. All the equipment were fairly modern and in working condition. The machine will also accept credit cards, which is convenient as I don't always carry coins on me. A coin exchange is on site. I can't comment on the pet washing station as I have yet to use it.

One of my go to car washes when I'm in the area. Not to far from the 403. Also you can pay by credit card which I absolutely love. No rushing to put more coins in while you're almost finished but not quite. The charge just increases as you take your time and do a proper job washing your vehicle.

There was no soap nor cream rinse in the dog wash station. No staff there to help. I called the number and there was no answer. I left a message asking them to call me and they didn't. They managed to take my money though! How do you run a business like this? I feel ripped off.

I go here to Galaxy to wash my car once in awhile but primarily to take my dog for a bath. It's a very innovative way that they have created a dog bath that kind of emulates the car wash itself depositing coins and having the choice of what you're doing washing soap rinse Etc the prices are good the place is clean and I love their big vacuum cleaners they do such a great job

be very careful of this place, I normally pay $3 - $3.50 at a do it yourself car wash, the ones where it tells you the price and you put in the coins. I used my credit card which appears to be the only option and thought I was paying $4.00 . I was waiting for the digital sign to tell me that my time was up as I usually use the spot free rinse but no warning so I switched to the spot free and went one around the car and then turned the knob to STOP and then realized that I had to also press stop on the credit card machine so I figured it was going to cost me $5-6 dollars . When I looked at my credit card online today there was a charge for $25 ! Wow, won't be going back there!

Washed my car there yesterday using my credit card. Upon finishing my wash of around 10 minutes the screen said it cost me $12 (Perfectly acceptable) After getting in my car to leave got an alert on my phone saying my card had a charge of $25 from the wash. Attempted to call number for assistance multiple times with no response.

Terrible place to wash your dog. On a separate occasion I paid $8 to wash my dog and the water wouldn't even turn on. This time, when the water did turn on it was ice cold. I'll never visit again.

Can be busy at times and the layout doesn't lend itself to forming a line for those waiting so there can be disagreements at times with people feeling someone else jumped into a spot they felt they should have had. I witnessed one such situation the other day but thankful it didnt progress past a verbal discussion :).

I just recently (ten minutes ago) stopped at this car wash to utilize the trash cans and empty a bit of garbage from my car. I’ll note that this car wash is around the corner from my house and I use this facility faithfully for all four vehicles in our home. Literally spending at least $40/week between all four cars. I wish I could attach the photo that I have from when I washed my daughter’s car in March. It looked like someone threw an iced Capp all over the car. It I didn’t complain, I just paid the extra money to start the timer and start all over. Until today when the owner was hosing down the wash bays and asked me if I was waiting for the car wash, to which I replied “no”. He then informed me, rather rudely that the trash cans are for customers only. I said “well, I think the $40 that I spend in here weekly makes me a customer”. He scoffed and again rather rudely said “$40 eh? I’ll be watching the cameras”. Just based on his rudeness in this very minimal conversational transaction prices to me that this is not someone I want to give my business to. I’ll go to Valet from now on.

The worst car wash I have ever been too. There is no high pressure rinse at the end of the car wash cycle. It says high pressure rinse but it keeps putting out soap in the rinse and you can not rinse your car properly. I will never go back there and I will tell all of my friends never to go there. Save your money and go somewhere else where the have a proper car wash cycle. I had to put one star, it would not let me put no stars, which is what this car wash deserves.
