For the third time I arrived 2 hours before close. Each time the door is locked, someone is inside and the sign on the door says a particular time for close and I am 2 hours before that time. This time I knocked and a nasty lady says they are closed as she needs to clean. Why do you give your hours to be 8pm if you are closing at 6. To pack up and organize 5 loads of laundry, arrange for someone to watch your children, than to put it in your car is a huge effort just to be told the laundromat is closed ....yet I had a picture of their open times on my phone to be sure this doesn't happen. IF YOU POST OPEN AND CLOSE TIMES THEN STICK TO THOSE TIMES

Never coming here agian! Im 8.5 months pregnant and i went to the washroom and i come back and the lady was like .. soo rude asked my sister if i was going to clean up my mess... litterally only washed 1 blanket and used 2 sheets in the dryer. There was no mess. Other things happend to . Just never comin agian

This laundromat has good pricing for washing and drying your clothes. There is an attendant that is there for the customer and is very friendly and helpful. They have a sink basin for customer use. It feels like a down-home experience when you're here this is where I'll be doing my laundry from here on out.

It's has good machines ..double triple express and the drivers work well ..catch it at the right time and it's not busy at all you can get in and out quick

Pulled into the parking lot to go into the store beside the laundry mat and the old lady working there came out and was absolutely rude. She pointed to the sign and asked if we were doing laundry and when we noticed the sign we apologized and went to move our car. She proceeded to ask if we could “read the sign” while she kept pointing and “it’s there for a reason, you need to move and now”. He tone was uncalled for and extremely rude when it was an honest mistake and we were moving. As an employee or owner she should be ashamed of herself and shouldn’t be rolling her eyes at customers either. I know I will never use this laundry mat when needing to do laundry. So rude and unprofessional.

Clean lots of machines chairs to rest in between loads machines also there for larger loads an attendee there in case of money lost or machine not working she also will do your laundry for you at a cost

Was a little crowded, but overall, one of the better ones. Have an attendant there to help you and get you change. The machines (dryers) might be older, but do a great job and $0.25 gets you 7 mins. (from what the attendant said)

Nice clean atmosphere. Customer service is excellent. Never had any issues with machines at all. If you ask any questions the employees will help you right away. Looking forward to go back again to clean my clothes. Prices are good too

Older building and a little small but it is well maintained. There is an attendant on site to make change and keep the place tidy. They have multiple sized washers as well which is handy. It is quite busy on sunday morning but there is plenty if parking available.

went to laundry mat, used single washer, there was water all over floor, and washer motor gave out. Lady was really rude to me, blamed me for breaking washer, said I had to much in washer, I didn't, as I use them all the time, same loads wkly. I usually go at night, but this was in the daytime. She was just so rude, will never go back. No way to treat customer and embarrassed me in front of other customers too.

I used the dryers, ran to the grocery store and arrived back TEN minutes before my load was finished to find.. She (the owner or lady working) took my load out and dumped it in a large basket without my permission to touch my clothing! Then she had the audacity to say "can you look through the basket, I may have put somebody else's load with yours" (she didn't but seriously?) The ends of the pants were still damp and now all dryers were taken. All of my scrubs and dress shirts were dry enough that they had wrinkles so I then had to come home and iron everything while leaving the rest of my jeans on an old fashioned clothes line!! I should have been able to come early, let my clothes finish since I'm a paying customer, then hang everything properly while still warm! I've never seen anything like it in a laundry Mat before.. awful service and will be telling numerous people to not return.

The hours for closer are at 9pm. Arrived at 710ppm on a Friday night with just clothes to dry only. Not easy to talk to the staff. She said they were closed for 8pm. I couldn't use the dryer. They close earlier cause of covid. The other places close at the time the website say. To think I was only going to Farmer's dehl cause of good review. Back to Spin cycle I go. Thanks
