This used to be a great car wash but the last couple times I have gone things haven't been working. Like the change machine, one of the stalls didn't work, vacuum. One of the nozzles had grease on the end that ended up on my hands and my shammy. Could be good again with a little extra work.

Nice to stop get a car wash when you fo yourself but watch the timers out of sync sprayer shuts off before timer ends alnost 2min difference

With lots of bays available plus a large bay for transport trucks, there is usually always a spot open. There is also a drive-thru car wash if you prefer. And if course quite a few vacuums. The bays for cars/ trucks are pretty spacious so you can easily maneuver around your vehicle when washing. My only issues are the location and price. I find the location a bit out of the way when in Brantford. Also, it didn't seem to be very long before I had to pop more coins in to get my vehicle completely clean. Otherwise, it is a great car wash when you want to take your time getting your ride sparkling clean!

I always come here to wash my car. Their automatic wash drive-thru is much better than most standard ones at gas stations, and perfect for cold days when you don't want to manual wash. There's plenty of interior vaccums as well. Their manual wash stations are pretty standard, but they have a large one for trucks/trailers as well.

Foam brush head fell off and scratched the roof of my truck. I have been here many times but this is the second time I’ve been here and had faulty equipment. Both of these occasions meant loss of time and money. I gave this a one star because the scratch is right down to the steel and equipment needs to be updated or replaced. Also, there is no phone number or email posted anywhere to get a hold of anyone or leave a message to let them know equipment is faulty. The number listed online has no voicemail. So here I am leaving a comment. But I have a feeling they won’t see this. Hope your experience is much better.

Spacious clean and really great hoses wash brush cleaning products really good vacuums now they have debit in the wash bays and they also have a bottle water system for your water fountain at your crib there's also a bay for your pickup with trailer and that same bay can accommodate a bit rig unit for washing when you get done the lot is huge so just choose a spot and get yo polish n shine groove on bump a tune or two if your ride is cool do not be surprised to see someone pull up beside you or behind you to talk cars or friendly smack all in all it's all good every now n then in the warm mths the hotties will make sure you enjoy the view yuh dun kno right just remember to smile and give them the thumbs up and carry on wit yuh bizz enjoy.

this company stole my 7 dollars. used the interac tap and hose would not turn on. followed instructions and turned knob to pre soak and nothing. no attendent and called number no answer. im not ever coming back. looking back on the reviews it looks like a common complaint dont go here they dont maintain equipment.

A great space to wash your own car. They have a great pressure wash system and don't seem to cheap out on the soap like some of the competitors. Keep on eye on your time though, the $3.50 doesn't give you much, but that's just my opinion.

Hands down the best car wash in Brantford. I'd drive to the other side of town just to bring my car here. I've noticed many car washes are not well maintained compared to this one. The amount of soap and water pressure you get here is amazing. All vacuums have a good amount of suction. Owner also seems to be a very nice guy if you see him hanging around. Highly recommend Echo Car Wash!

The machine ate my money. It was a decent amount and nobody around to get it back. How do you even contact someone to get it back. No number or information posted. Called the number when Googled it and no answer and no voicemail or answering machine Update: finally after trying him all day he finally answered at 330 told us to meet him Sunday at 3 to get the 20 back ... so we drove there got there right at 3 waited for 40 mins and nobody showed up

No staff on site when incidents occur. Went to wash my car in the bay and soon realized there was a large hole in the hose. Hot water sprayed out at me and burnt me. I didn’t even get a chance to avoid it. Thankfully I only had blisters from this and it was not a senior in that bay. I tried calling and received no response. I placed a napkin over the buttons to warn others not to use the bay as they could be injured. Had to pay again in a different bay to rinse off my car. Very disappointed and will definitely not be returning to this car wash.

no staff on duty and my credit card is stuck inside the auto car wash machine and I need the card back. Could not figure out how to get it ejected and it's Sunday nite and we were dreaming of going out for dinner tonite. Geeer! No information that we could c that tells of hrs. of operation of when someone will be there to help. Sooooo darn annoying!!!!!

It's a good carwash brushes always 80% or more not having to worry about scratching your car with the brush and good pressure with hot water is always a plus but dont always have change. They do provide a tap feature but never know how much I'm going to need but good carwash for brantford ????
