If you can imagine a laundromat that has many machines and the insides of the machine/ dryer are stained with a permanent color, then that was what I went through today at the southgate coin laundry ,Brampton. I wash a lot of jackets, heavy winter clothes for my kids and family here at the otherwise very clean and nice facility many a times . Even today I used 5 extra large machines, for my blankets and other clothes. i.e $8 each. I was shocked to see a strange color on my clothes due to the machines being laced with a stain. When I reported this today Oct 24, 2020, it was taken lightly by the operator present at the Laundromat. After being insisted , the owner was contacted and reported everything, he shrugged all responsibility and recklessely denied any fault of theirs during this process. They also refused any courtesy to use the machine to wash off the stains, if that was possible to clear off the clothing. This machine was not closed off or powered off. The color present inside the machine, even if caused by a customer previous, is the responsibility of the operator. Keeping machines clean and free of causing damage to customers property, is the responsibility of the business owner. Any damage(s) caused to customer clothing in their machine must be compensated by this establishment. I am left with no choice, except reporting this issue to others who read the reviews here. I hope you think twice before using this laundromat. ----------------- Wow! Thank you so much for replying to this after 4 days! And i dont have anything against your business so that i would make any false /inaccurate comments. Respectfully , I did check all my clothing's pockets before inserting them in the washer. Then when i put them in the dryer (the machines which were told to be as being cleaned after every use in this pandemic situation) one of them stained my clothing. To let u know i used 6 dryers of them that day. And its not like i was there for the very first time. I use your laundromat a lot of times and never anything of this sort happened before. And thats why i always go there even though it is a bit far from my location. And yea you are saying that i was offered the free wash? Are you sure of this? Cause all I wanted was actually a free wash at that time and suggested that I will pick up my clothing after my work next day! But this was denied by you and then yes you noted down my name and number so that you can contact me but you guys never did. Now kindly let me know where I went wrong? And i know your premises are very clean . But what I went through that day after doing a lot of laundry there, i stated in my comment. Sadly , it was taken very wrong by you! I guess i know what i have to do now . Thank you anyways for your TIME to reply!

New management since August. Floors are re done, one long counter and an enclave, new machines (washers and dryers) if various sizes and costs. The place is spotless and all machines are in good working order. The man whom owns the establishment told me he knows how to fix these machines and any break down that occurs he fixes right away and has parts and replacements on hand. He also has people and repair men on call IF he cannot fix it. Prices are compareable if not better than other laundromats. There is a vending machine of supplies if you require them, and coin /change machines. It accept $5, $10, $20 bills, $1, $2, .25. He also told me he has owned and been in the laundry business for 25 years. He also says he wants to offer a great laundry experience whether customers are using the wash and fold service or the self service. If there are staff on hand: there is free 100% Columbian coffee, cream, sugar and the cups and sticks. There are 2 new tvs where you can see the image and words with the news CP24 playing; at an audio level you can actually hear. There is no sign of water leaks, grime or spills, stains etc. The place is long but spacious and most importantly IT IS CLEAN. They have always had staff in here when I come. The staff are friendly and non stop cleaning or busy with wash n fold servicing and mind their business and offer assistance if needed. Other laundromats the staff like to gossip and not work and its so annoying. The staff here make this domestic chore ever so pleasent. I highly recommend this establishment. I leave my area of queen and kennedy because this place is THAT clean, pleasent, respectful and it has its busy moments but the times where there is nobody; makes me love doing laundry. Only issues are encounters with rude peer customers if it is busy; but thats expected anywhere. This owner and staff care and the place is bright and clean. Thank you for the great service and I WILL be back!

I go to this coin laundry every week and I love it here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Staff are on site all through the day. They have really good operating hours during the week and weekends. They are always keeping this place clean throughout the day which is very important to me. The prices for the laundry machines are really good, cheap compared to other sites I have visited that are dirty. They have free coffee for customers and also provide laundering services where you can leave your laundry and have it done for you for a fee of course. I get most of my laundry done for a family of 4 for 10-12 dollars a week total here. They have weekday specials as well that I take advantage of and get one free wash.

very clean. washers are very good. completes cycle in 25 mins. Machines start at small loads holding 2 loads all the way to extra large machines holding 6 loads. price range 2.50 to 7 dollars. Dryers for small to extra large size. great location. you can do grocery shopping at the Nofrills next door. get pizza or chinese food if you get hungry and even get snacks at the corner store or dollar store. If you want a car wash and free vacuum while you do laundry. car wash is also next door. The laundry mat also offers complimentary free coffee while you wait. Lots of parking spots. kids play ground across the street in the school playground. Only negative. the dryers take a life time to dry clothes. I enjoy coming here. There is staff always on site to assist, and very friendly and efficient at keeping place clean and welcoming.

Great location and easy to use machines. I've washed everything form clothes to Car mats with pretty good results. They offer free Wi-Fi so I was able to get a bit of work done on my phone as well.
