This place is so disgusting. The machines are constantly broken. I've gone somewhere else for a few months and came back once to see if there's any improvement. The only thing that is new is 1 of the change machines is upgraded. The place is still disgusting, with broken machines. Water and towels on the floor all the time which is a safety hazard! I counted 12 broken dryers and washers. Even the laundry carts are broken! I would rate this -5.

Easy access, no hassle. With working change and soap dispensing machines. Door to the restroom was however locked also trolleys and some furniture can be improved.

They've cleaned up the place and for the first time in years they also had a pretty tidy washroom. Ive been coming here over the years for my comforters and never had an issue. Change machine always works and they have wifi for customers which is great. Today It was pretty busy and i used only one machine to.dry my comforter. I put in two dollars in quarters and the machine did not work after various attempts. I was also unable to get my change back from the coin return. I approached the manager and she told me there is nothing she can do and no way to refund my change. I proceeded to use another machine and this time tested out only one quarter and the same thing happened. I took my comforters to air dry at home and i was pretty frustrated. Im sure Noone put any sign or paper on the machines saying out of service and im surley many others will loose out on these machines.

The place is very clean for a high-traffic laundromat and the prices are decent. BUT, despite the advertising, there is no free WiFi. It asks for a passcode, but there's no passcode posted anywhere. In the realm of critical errors, the laundry soap machine was sold out of soap completely, and the bathroom had no hand soap (???????? during a pandemic at that!! Come on!!)

Recently upgraded the larger washers and one section of dryers. Still not very clean or tidy during peak hours, but that's a staffing problem not tidying up the mess in a timely fashion (so it adds up and shows) . My experience over the years here have been good. I like to go at night when no one is there.

This place is dirty. Holes in the ceiling, water on the floors and just towels left on the floor. There is dust that is caked on to the ceiling fans that look like it hasnt been cleaned in 10 years.

You (the management shouldn't mislead. The potential users by saying that the machines are 1.25 btwn 12mid nite-6am b/c they are always that price and that's only the small washers.otherwise the place is very clean,wrll equiped.

half the time some machines don't work..one time i lost a dollar cause a dryer didn't dry and they never offered to pay me back...now again a washer stopped taking money and money was also getting jammed and coin return is out of whack...called both management numbers, left a message...probably have to wait till when someone that works here to show up around 8-9am.

My daughter needed to wash her winter ❄️ comforter and bedsheets so we decided to go to the laundry mat for the extra large washers and dryers. The place was very clean, had so many available machines and it was 5:38pm on a Wednesday. There is a soap centre that allows you to buy some Oxi clean, Tide powder or Bounce Dryer sheets. There is a change machine for coins and it cost about $5.25 for a large wash load.

They just need to service the dryers, I had a bad experience last Saturday night, in certain my coins and was not able to get the service of two dryers,improve on that and it could be one of the best in brampton✋✋✋

I like doing my laundry here. It is always clean and the attendants are always friendly and helpful. I prefer doing laundry here over my own building which is often dirty and unmaintained. The machines here are always clean and in good working order. The prices are very fair and the place is always clean and tidy.

Been coming here for 20+ years! They have a variety of machines. From regular sized to ginormous washers. The price is fair and they usually give free soap during weekdays. The dryers are fast and inexpensive. The space is big and as long as you choose your time wisely, there’s never a problem folding your stuff on the available tables. Washroom is available for customers and they have a service at the front to do the laundry for you.

It's average, a bit pricey but the machines are clean and well maintained (for the most part). It's right next to an auto repair shop (so if you need your car fix, you can do your laundry while waiting...two birds, one stone ????) there's some eateries and convenience store nearby as well. Owner is on premises cleaning and disinfecting the place during the pandemic, I haven't seen anyone else doing it, but luckily most people that comes in take it upon themselves to disinfect the areas they use. Overall, it's alright. There might be better place in the area to do laundry that I haven't tried.

Love that its 24hrs. First time coming here and they have change machines as well as soap packet dispensers. Clothing carts. A few " out of order machines ". Waiting area is provided with chairs to sit in. "Free Wifi" sign but locked and need a password. The time that I went was late and had this counter gated up. No late night staff to help and provide information. I would come back to this place and wash my work clothes again if I end up washing it late night.

So important that's it's 24hours! Not everyone has a 9-5 day and can be out of the laundry mat by 8pm. This really helps relieve the stress of being rushed and under time constraint. Night time laundry washing is great....it's very quiet ????

this place can't get any worse. machines are broken. took some coins and no note on the machines if they are broken or not. Staff was notified and doesn't seems like as they were interested in working there at all. This place is full of filth and disgusted. it is not cheaper either.. it was just a waste of time and money.. Laundry was not clean at all. I decided to rewash my laundry. not recommended what so ever.

Great hours, close to my home and fairly clean environment. Machines could use some repairs as some were broken and others took your money but did not work. Some of my clothing was stained with rust stains as the machines are quite old and could use an overhaul.

I used to go there frequently MANY YEARS AGO, now, I find I need to look for a laundromat, and this is the only one that comes to mind, location is great( on major bus route) clean, friendly people always around if you need help! I'm happy they are still around!!!

A number of the machines are broken and the owner will make no effort to replace them or mark them out of order. Expected me to pay for a new machine when the original machine wasn't able to drain and ran my load through the spin cycle in dirty wAter and soap. Owner (or worker?) is extremely hostile and I repeatedly see him tell at and berate customers. This place is worth it when everything goes well but I will never be returning for the reasons stated. Miserable experience.
