Do not get your apparel dry-cleaned from them. Please refrain from giving your precious apparel to these novices, they don't know their job & they put a financial dent on you. I'm a newcomer & I was staying at Sussexvale Drive in Brampton. I came to Canada with 5 formal blazers which I might need for interviews. They were already dry cleaned so when I unpacked I saw they were crushed. So, I requested Nancy in their team to pick it up from home for Steam Pressing them, that's it....!! I got my delivery on a Sunday. Two days later when I took the blazer out from its bag in which the dry-cleaner had packed, I saw that the blazer was burnt. Then I checked other blazers and 2 more were burnt. When I contacted Nancy she shamelessly had the audacity to argue & blamed it on me why am I reporting it after 2 days. Common, I am newcomer, a job seeker, I don't have time to validate every single piece immediately when I receive it..... that too specially the clothes from a dry cleaner takes money to do his job. She didn't even care of offer me compensation for my damages. Hence I lost my Blazers worth about $800/-. I don't have a job right now and still I had to buy new formals here and they're much more expensive than India.

Don’t go there. Dirty place. My $1 got waisted in Tide box becoz it was empty and they refused to return it. Management is not cooperative.

It alot before now. The coin machine is filled with coin, after the last 3 times it being empty. It starting to stay much cleaner, but I am thankful for this place. Love the hours, but I wish the people that comes in there would help to keep the place clean and not be like pigs.

Not a frequent customer, had to come in when our washing machine was being replaced. Notes: clean, the change machine was working, seating area with plugs, folding area and a variety of machines. Overall a nice place, I'd be back if I need in the future. Only suggestion is a bit more lighting after hours

I LOVE 24 Hour Coin Laundromat! I drive 6km just to wash there. The machines are big, they give a great wash, the dryers are amazing and don't get me started on the bang for your buck prices! There are so much more reasons why 24 Hour Coin Laundromat is the best but I'll leave it up to you to visit and fall in love just like I did!

Poor housekeeping, employee used the mop that she had wiped floors with and wiped top of machines, machines have lots of hair and dirt under the rubber where the door closes, dryers have sticky substance stuck in machine

Terrible terrible customer service. I usually do not post any reviews about my customer service experience however this time I couldn’t resist. Gave my jacket for dry cleaning and was suppose to pick it up on Saturday. Went in on Monday instead so that its ready for me to pick up. The manager kept on going in circles rather than getting the issue resolved. Went in today again and they were closed however the signage for hours doesn’t say anything about being closed which was quite inconvenient. So basically overall I had to make 3 trips just to pick my jacket and still I did not get it. Manager also accused me of lying which made my experience even worse. I wonder what kind of customer service experience this place is offering to its customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL EVEN IF IT OFFERS AFFORDABLE PRICES. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I think needs a new manager too who knows how to talk, be considerate and has good problem solving skills.

This place was clean but the machines are so useless! It took us an hour and a half to just get done with laundry and even then so many cloths were moist! It’s clean but it doesn’t solve the purpose it’s just costs money and time!

Hello All, i went to this laundry for the first time. I put my clothes in biggest machine speed queen and i put the $8.50 , the machine didnot start. I went to second machine, i put first coin, it didnot tick the machine , i put second coin nothing changed on the display n i couldnot take out my money as the machine didnot return the coins upon pressing coins return button. Also i wasted $6 on tide pods as i put them in the detergent sections n the machines never started.

The owner is super sweet! I dropped off a blazer on Thursday and needed it by Saturday. He had it ready for Friday! The blazer looks great as well. Will definitely be dropping off more clothes soon.

Bad dryers, had a broken washing machine that didn’t have any spin cycle on it. So our blankets were just drenched in water. Customer service is bad, lady just sits on her phone all day. I find it hilarious that they have the washrooms locked, like a treasure chest.

I was told that they only do dry cleaning on saturday/sunday and the item is then provided next weekend? I was surprised to hear that as many google reviews have mentioned dropping their items on WEEKDAYS and getting them back within 2-3 days. I am very confused as to when did they change this. It is ridiculous.

This is one of the worst place I have ever been the only reason i go there because it's close to my home i put my clothes in the washer they all came out wet i try to soesk to the attendance she did not pay any attention i ask her if I can soeap to the owner she said she do not know the owner i spent money for three machines and had to put a second time for all three machine waste of time attendance do not know how to speak to people i would like my refund of $9 dollars they will never catch my feet in that laundry it's the second and the last

Total garbage worst experience ever ...water was leaking and in one of machine I put coins as well but still it was not working and asking for more money. We called the owner and she also didn't care about it and said we can't do anything use another machine we are busy. Never use in place for wash.

I believe it is the only coin wash in north Brampton. I don’t expect a lot from a place like this: just some clean machines and no crowd. And this place delivers that. Also, there’s plenty parking available. On the downside it’s never really clean. Always some mess on the floor etc. Not to forget the ever closed washroom.
