Best dry cleaning experience! I've come here 2 years in a row! I had a heavy Aritzia parka, my black wool jacket, and a sport coat dry cleaned to perfection in less than a week! Fair price compared to other dry cleaners. Tony is so great to work with and I will keep coming back because of his great customer service and knowledge of dry cleaning. Someone is not always there, so I found it best to call Tony and arrange a drop-off/pick-up time, never had an issue getting ahold if him either. This place has definitely earned a return customer! The Art of Laundry is a unique facility that recognizes and respects the investment that I have made in my clothing and professional image. Since discovering them through a friend I have turned to them for all of my laundry needs from expert dry cleaning (no more missing buttons on my shirts) and the convenience of their drop off wash and fold laundry service. Their shop is clean and bright with helpful staff that care for you clothes and actually understands the importance of customer service. Highly recommend it!

My landlord has allergies to cats so I offered to do my laundry at the laundromat since cat hair is a way of life when you own 4 of them! I haven't used a laundromat in years and that experience was a complete disappointment. So I went online and "googled" laundromats in Brampton. Art of Laundry had the best reviews and though it was a bit out of my way, decided to try it. Tony greeted me with a smile and went straight to work giving me the machine tutorials which I needed!! Everything came out beautifully! I was also impressed that it was so clean and had a television! I will go here again for sure. Well worth the extra few kilometers! Thanks Tony!

Mr.Tony <<< watch out for this guy. The best customer service u will ever get. Went here as the first time at a coin laundry. He took the time and effort to show, explain and train how to use the clean and powerful machines in there. Well priced. Entertainment, small detergent pack for sale, folding services, change machine, etc etc are among the amazing value that you will find here. A well rounded establishment. Worth the trip from whereever u are coming from. Trust me, make a trip to just to meet Tony. Its souls like him what this world need more of.

I went to the laundry mat for the first time and i selected this location because the reviews were great. I was pleased with my experience, Tony was very helpful. He gave me a tutorial on how to use the machines. The place was clean and everything worked out well. I will be going back.

Simply Wonderful. What a change from your typical Laundry Mats!!! I have never been to one this clean, and Cheap!!!! Mind you the clothes are always clean, the machines are easy to use, and I enjoy the simplicity of the experience here. From the helpful owner that goes out of his way to help everyone that walk in, to the affordable services he provides as well, I have stopped going to all other mats since I have been to Art of Laundry. It is great seeing an independent business owner help so many people and go beyond what "needs to be done" to assist his customers. He truly has the ability of bringing out the Art in Laundry as his passion for his business is outstanding! Not to mention there is TV !!!!!!! I will not be going anywhere else, as once you experience a level of customer service like this, you cant go back !!! I highly recommend everyone come here at least once and experience the difference. Tony is wonderful!! Go check em out!!

Not great. Tried three dryers and none of them worked. The washers worked fine however. Also, the pricing is at least 15-20% higher than others. I wouldn't be going there again.

Dirty machines, don't waste your time or money. Half of my stuff didn't even get washed properly. Update to owners reply: You may clean the floors and such, but the tops of your machines are disgusting. Dusty and covered in laundry soap. And I'm well aware of how to use a laundry machine. I followed the directions and added in the right soap and such. The smaller washers were fine, it was the large machine that did not wash my clothes. I appreciate the offer to have them cleaned again but I've already rewashed them somewhere else.

Please beware of this drycleaner!!! One of the worst drycleaners I have ever come across. Highly unprofessional person is running this business. I went to this place after reading all the good reviews but seems like all the reviews are fake or must have been written by himself as nothing applies to this business. Owner is never at his place, there are only business cards with his name. I dropped my coat months ago and it has been 3 months struggling to get my coat back but no luck as he is never at his location, never picks up his phone and good luck trying to reach him. On top, his rates are not cheap either as mentioned in the reviews. Worst ever possible service. If I had an option of giving him negative reviews, I would have certainly! !!

I went to Art of Laundry to wash my quilt and bedspread because my home washing machine wasn't big enough to accomodate them. A friend had recommended it so I went on that. When we walked in, we were greeted by the owner (which at the time we didn't know he was the owner) without waiting for us to ask how to work the machines, he automatically gave us some amazing information on how to operate the washers. He was so helpful that he acutally helped us save money by providing us information about which washer was best for what kind of load. The place is bright, super clean and the machines are VERY well taken care of. He offers other services such as dry cleaning, preserving of wedding dresses, military uniforms and much more. You can tell he loves what he does and looks at the place from a customers perspective. Oh yeah, he even has complimentary Wi-Fi. This is by far is the best place in the area to do your dry cleaning, washing, etc...in a time where customer service seems to be a dying art form, Tony has brought it back to a time where it was important to get to know your customers on a professional yet warm and friendly manner.

I had a bad house fire and most of the clothes were smoke damaged (6 person family). We picked out around 7 or 8 garbage bags worth to try and salvage. I looked up laundromats in Brampton and found Art of Laundry. I gave them a call and talked with Tony (the owner), who was very friendly and informative. He took the time to explain to me how he would go about treating the clothes. To make a long story short, he looked after all our stuff - from sorting it all, using different methods of cleaning and smoke extraction to clean all of the laundry, and folding and packaging the results. I was very pleased with his service, pricing, and the care with which he dealt with our stuff. I definitely recommend this Laundromat for any size job.

I usually go to this place once a week sometimes once every two weeks. out of all the laundry places ive been to this place is always kept clean. the owner is a nice person he helped me use the washer when I first went to the place. its a nice and quite neighborhood but it is far out the best place to go when you need laundry done. I just wanna say thank you and you do a great job of keeping the place clean
